Estes is a good place to work for my husband. The terminal manager Brad is very personable and fair. His fellow employees are all hard workers and work as a good team. My husband enjoys working here!

The Springfield location was fine. Working with the company as a whole was a disaster! They were the lowest priced bid to ship my item but... failed to pick it up on the first attempt, wouldn't let me pay, invoice didn't match the BOL OR the quote (nothing matched), invoiced me for more than 4Xs the original quote and then took over a week to correct it, I called and/or emailed daily and it took them forever to respond and resolve my issue, they attempted to deliver it and collect a check at the higher/wrong price and then I had to send them away... and more, it was just a disaster.

They left an $800 dishwasher on the curb like it was trash.Package is damaged (will update post when I unpack it if the appliance is damaged or not).When I called to speak to the manager he informed me that that’s policy. That due to having a gravel driveway it’s impossible for them to leave it anywhere but the curb. ?How is this acceptable?

It was a great experience working with Estes to receive my shipment. It was very easy to contact a real person. They let me know that my shipment would be on an 18-wheeler. I told them that wasn't possible on my drive way. They let the driver know, and he contacted me directly. We met at an agreed upon location. The driver, Sam, was one of the nicest people I've ever met!

I had a pretty frustrating situation with a return and Ryan was so helpful and patient with me. He kept me informed of the on going issue with the vendor (ZERO fault on Estes part) and scheduled a timely pickup once we finally received the proper paperwork. HUGE thank you to Ryan and the drivers as well!! You guys are the best!

The drive was good, outside of that... Damaged cases, broken bottles, even broke the pallets. Driver noted it on the BOL but I am being told 130 days for them to review and offer compensation. Wow, they damaged it in 3 days and it takes 130 to make it right.
