We consulted with Haden for our kitchen and two bathroom remodels. She took the lead on ordering flooring, countertops, etc, connected us to contractors when we needed them and constantly supported, educated and lead me throughout all of my many projects over the last year. She is extremely talented, listens well and is very well connected to the best talent in our community. I have a home I simply love to be in and come home to and am very grateful.

We replaced everything in our living area with the help of Haden at Ellecor. She helped us pick out pieces that would fit in our space. We selected beautiful fabrics for the sofas, chairs, ottomans, and pillows. The furniture arrived today and it is absolutely beautiful. The Norwalk furniture brand is well built and SO comfortable. We also bought a beautiful coffee table and sofa table that matches and a fun little side table. A shout out to the delivery team as well. They were very careful with the furniture and were so friendly. I highly recommend Ellecor! 5 Stars!

I live with haunts, like ghosts and such! I need furniture for them. I feel like everytime I request this sort of thing I get spooky looks but not here. Ellecor understands ghosts have rights as they use to be people. If they are going to haunt me I want them to do so comfortably. Ellecor was very helpful in finding the best furniture for my precious poltergeists. I'll definitely return and reccomend them to everyone even if you don't live with soul shadows.

Sierra helped me design/ renovate my new living room and kitchen. She helped pick out the colors schemes, fabrics, countertops, backsplash, furniture... Almost all of it! It's all done now and looks awesome! Everything came together very well. Hoping to eventually have her help me do my master bedroom/bath and basement as well!

Ellecor Design and Gifts is the best place in Springfield to shop for home furnishings or a gift for a friend. The store is filled with the unique furniture and items, with an eclectic style there is something for everyone. Their interior design service is so helpful and affordable. If you get a chance you will definitely want to stop by and take a look around the store.

We were VERY disappointed with our furniture purchase through Ellecor. We have worked with other fine furniture stores in Springfield (i.e. James Décor, Wheelers, etc) with very positive experiences. We found two Norwalk chairs were on sale and when I asked why, I was told it was a discontinued pattern. Shame on them for not declaring that damage was the reason they were discounting the chairs. Shame on us for not looking under one of the tags to find a 2 inch tear in the fabric on the shoulder of one chair. When asked about this later (after the purchase) we were told, yes, that is why they were on sale. No remedy was offered. This is NOT the kind of customer service we ever want to experience again. Our experience with other high quality stores is that damage is disclosed, not hidden - hence a damaged item was not purchased. Never again Ellecor. I caution you to be wary of any purchases at Ellecor.

Wonderful Experience. Haden and her team at Ellecor helped us with the decor and interior design at Nixa Smiles Dentistry. I would hands down recommend her to anyone trying to tackle a design project! She was patient by listening to our ideas/vision, worked within our budget, and had so many wonderful ideas to incorporate now and for the future. I can't wait for Haden and the Ellecor Design team to help us with our home!
