“So my laptop screen cracked on Sunday at church while teaching the children. The children were playing with Legos and it hit my laptop screen. Devastated I was! The horror for a college student! AHHHH!!! After collecting my brain cells back together, I informed the other teachers of what happened. We agreed on what to do. Monday was Labor Day. Come Tuesday, I and my friend went to the first store and they quoted me the price of a kidney for it to be fixed. I beg your pardon!! My friend did more calling and hold and behold……CPR came to the rescue!!!! We went inside and immediately got service. D took a look at my laptop and quoted me and gave all the information that I need to know. I dropped my laptop with them. Two days later, I got a call. My laptop is ready for pickup!!!!! From horror to Joy!!! I was so happy that I squealed like a pig!! Thank you CPR for an exceptional care with my laptop. Exceptional service. 12/10 experience. They called to update me every step of the way until I received my laptop. Thank you!!!!”

“I meant to send this a few days ago... The service I received here on Sunday the 25th of August 2024 was exceptional! I had the unfortunate experience of my phone being damaged by an employee of another store in the area, I won't go into detail of that incident but suffice to say the management team of that store was exceptional at handling the situation as well.

When I came here I had tried for hours to get my phone to turn back on for several hours the night before but eventually gave up. When I arrived and entered I was greeted by Jon and Trace (I think that is how it is spelled, sorry). Trace took my phone and got it to power on, after some conversation and notifying me they didn't have any repair parts on hand, he offered to take it a part to look inside and try to figure out why it wasn't powering on prior.

While waiting for the machine to separate my case they were incredibly helpful to several customers all while tending to me. Their customer service service skills are 10/10. Once the machine had separated my case Trace carefully examined my entire device but could find no cause for the issues I was experiencing. I happily paid the minor fee for the examination and went on my way.

Several hours later my phone started going blank screen but still made the lock/unlock sounds. I called them back literally minutes before closing and Jon answered the phone. I explained what was happening and he gave exceptional service and advice once more! 10/10 service, I would recommend them to my friends and family if I wasn't from out of state. Thanks again Jon and Trace!!!”

Such a little thing, and then he showed me what I changed in the network settings (now I know not to mess with it), but I truly appreciate his willingness to just help me out. The conversation I had with the gentleman was over 10 minutes, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He explained to me that the Mini DV player I need repaired could be very difficult given the fact that it’s 16 years old. He did not try to persuade me to fix it or junk it, but rather gave me some very good information as to price, timeframe, and parts availability so I could make the decision on my own.
