I know it’s corny to say, but I really do wish I could leave zero stars. I called at 4:40pm to make an appointment for another day after reading through lots and lots of good reviews, but was greeted by Hailey with her only stating her name and immediately saying “we’re closed for the day” even though they don’t close until 5pm. No ask of how I could be helped until I pressed further and told her it was a bit rude and unprofessional to answer a business phone like that. If you’re closed, don’t answer. If you answer, answer like a professional who cares about their business. I will definitely not be picking a salon that is so unwelcoming, first impressions matter.

Bambi did an amazing job on my hair! I love the atmosphere here it’s positive and comfortable. Staff were kind and welcoming. Hands down best Salon in Springfield

What a great gem! Very friendly and accommodating.
New to the area and the other salon that I booked weeks ago called today to cancel the same day. Boy did the put me in a bind trying to find someone last minute and on a Saturday, but Bambi was available and did a fabulous job. Very attentive to my requests and overall I am happy with the results.
Must have been a blessing in disguise finding this place. Thank you so much!
