I had some rewards points left left on my account so renegade reached out to me before they expired. Unfortunately I just moved out of state and the rewards points don’t work online. But the person who reached out to me said that’s not an issue, I told her what I liked, and she proceeded to send me pictures of the front and back of T-shirts they had in store. I picked one out and she’s shipping it off to me tomorrow.

Great service and customer service... It's definitely worth paying for the Harley to be maintained correctly. Quick with fixing everything I needed. The Blonde mechanic that's who worked on and serviced.. She did a great job.. ty

Took the bike in for warranty work and got charged for it. They said they would wash the bike before pickup and did not. Not impressed. Got sent two surveys asking about the service received. Was told someone would call me to address the issues. Over a month and still no call. Think twice before shopping here.

These guys are top notch. I needed some help with a recent outside purchase of a used Harley. Most companies if you don’t buy with them they refuse to work with you. Not these people! Melissa and Nick Were so helpful in answering my questions and providing me with more than enough info. In a world where customer service is considered a dying breed, these guys are willing to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. A+ professionalism and service.

They were out of coolant when we stopped by on Tues. But when we had to bring my buddy's trike back for a water pump replacement, they got him right in. Unfortunately we had to return the following day to pick it up because they closed before they were finished. All in all, nice people & did good work.

Stopped in to let wife burn a $25 gift card.
Seen a beautiful 2013 sitting in row.
Talked to Steve on it and right off loved it.
Later that week, we brought in a trade in and they all stayed late for us to finish the deal.
Wonderful people and worked with us.

We were stranded out of state on a Sunday - many hours from our local dealership. GM, Nic, personally responded to our cry for help. Despite being closed, he came to the business to tuck my Harley in safely for service later in the week to allow us to travel home. Knowing my motorcycle was in good hands with people that still care about people, was priceless. Kudos to Renegade Harley Davidson for top-notch customer service!
