The vets are very knowledgeable and kind. I do not feel judged to ask any questions regarding my pets or for more clarification on what they are telling me. The office is always clean and the office staff is so nice. I love using this clinic.

Very friendly and professional. CLEAN. VERY CLEAN. My cat Kemo was saved by them. I'm SO thankful I came here. I've seen many vet offices in springfield and Deerfield Vet Clinic is superior in every way. Cost is fair. Dr.Taylor is amazing.

I cannot speak more highly of your service. Oreo is one of those dogs that has been so up and down these last few years that it can be exhausting from a caretaker's point of view. I am infinitely grateful to everyone there and of course Dr Meagan Sims for stepping up and helping keep her not only comfortable but actively thriving. Since taking Librela and her thyroid meds, she has become more active and even spending more time outdoors. Again, Thank you all so much for your care, I don't know what I'd do without you all.

The staff has always been very kind to us and our pets, and each visit is made to feel very normal for both of them. They’re able to play and sniff around and be themselves during exams while the discussion remains professional and thorough. We are never afraid to ask questions because we are met with understanding and reassurance. As first-time pet parents, we greatly appreciate all of this! Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Deerfield for over 13 years, and I called to get my dogs senior panel done, and was told I couldn’t come back due to a non payment on a contract for a neuter. Unfortunately I was unaware that I had such a thing, I specifically remember having a conversation with Dr. Ned about this. Literally breaks my heart. I’ve always recommended them to anyone who needed vet services this is frustrating, frankly overwhelming. Now I have to establish a new vet after 10 years of my dogs life to some other vet. Sad
If in fact I did mess up a phone call or an email would have been great so I could have corrected the matter, but here we are.
EDIT: OH, I see the statement that I never once received in the mail. Also. The thing I ever was given a notice about was 50 dollars for urinalysis test which no on informed me of until my wife picked him up from your location, also you called one time asking me to pay said balance and I was at work and didn’t have my wallet. Not once did I get something in the mail. You’re saying it’s for a contract for neuter. I didn’t want to talk to your manager. Because I called a month earlier because I adopted another dog and wanted shots done which I was told at that time to take my care somewhere else. What a joke.

Don't bring your cat here. Dr Megan could care less about your animals she's too busy giggling to pay attention. She didn't diagnose my cat with coccochia because she didn't do the test I asked for three times... and now the kittens have it and it could be fatel. She was going to approve surgery on my cat with this disease without testing her for anything. I went to another vet a little stool test showed she had round worms and coccochia...Megan doesn't care about your pets..she went in the back and argued about us with the tech and we heard her she's rude and awful and I wouldn't let her near my pet after hearing it. I'm very glad I stopped the procedure to fix her because she wouldn't have made it....Megan wanted to cut her open not even caring about the consequences or severe diarrhea...Megan should be the janitor instead of the vet. I bet the janitor probably has a bigger heart let's switch them places.
