It took them 4 1/2 HOURS to factory reset an iPad that I had received as a gift from a recently debilitated, elderly woman I know. Prior to taking my money, at no time did they ask me if I had the original owner's log in information (email/password). If they had, I would have let them know that the info is lost within the woman's mind and therefore not available.
So, after giving me the iPad back and finding out I couldn't use it - after me pleading with them, they only refunded me $30.

I had an issue where my laptop would not connect to internet, and Richard in the service department was able to diagnose and fix the issue in no time at all. Such a little thing, and then he showed me what I changed in the network settings (now I know not to mess with it), but I truly appreciate his willingness to just help me out. Definitely see the crew here if you need anything Mac related.

I dropped two Mac Book computers off, One I told them had water damage as in water dumped imto the keyboard, the other one a 2016 the screen stopped working so i wanted the screen replaced. They charged me 149 a piece for them and didnt do anything.
Let me explain-
The water damage one they said they dont repair water damage and would recommend sending it to apple. This recomendation could have been made without the $149 dollar payment.
The second one the one with a bad display. They stated since it was a 2016 that they could not get parts for it. Again they could have told me this prior to taking it in for repair and charging $149.00
This type of activity is fraud and intentional to extract money from clients with zero intent to perform a services. They knew at the time they took the computers in that they could not do anything, there was Zero service provided and they refused to refund the money. They may have some skills for minimal stuff on an apple but this is the second time I have used them and both times the recommendation from the store for the $149 required the computer to be sent elsewhere or not repaired. Save yourself teh time and money if you have an apple product send it directly to apple save teh $149 as that will be their recommendation in both of my experiences.

Drove all the way from Bolivar just to find out I need to update the phone which didn’t work and won’t work it’s been with out service for over two months and have insurance and still not getting nothing for a phone I pay almost a hundred dollars for
