The NP working in this clinic has poor customer service and had an attitude because i would not do as she wanted. She cared less about me as a patient and my symptoms of a sinus infection with bright green thick snit!! She says thats not a sign of infection!! Hmm last i knew thats what that means. Unprofessional because i declined a COVID test!! NOT all Symptoms are COVID!!

i don’t know why the reviews are so harsh(or maybe the workers were fired then since it has been some time), but the people who work here are very nice! i came in there for the minute clinic and the two females i’ve met (yesterday and today) are very friendly! very nice experience!

If you have an injectable prescription, be prepared for them to not supply any syringes or needles to apply a prescription drug. Even if they state it - it won't be filled, and forget asking to buy any without a prescription for a specific needle - even with a verified history of the drug, and open prescription for it with them - they won't supply any needles or syringes.How is someone supposed to actually take their prescription? CVS doesn't care - I was literally told to go to another store. They wouldn't fill, and neither did the other store.This renders my prescription useless, yet just a month ago they were willing. Why do I have to buy syringes separately? CVS broke the prescription in their system and refuse to update it to the correct thing, and don't respond to renewed prescriptions from my doctor.CVS - literally less than useless if one is on injectable medicines.

Every time I go in, this young man named Nick is EXTRAORDINARY. He is always to cheerful when he speaks to me and enthusiastic. He is able to multitask around the store while also assisting, he knows his stuff!

My prescription is filled and ready to be picked up. It was filled before it expired. But because it expired 2 days ago I can’t have it. It’s filled. Give it to me. Absolutely the last time I ever use CVS for anything. I’m told this is their new policy. Awful. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I started to list the problems I've encountered here, but it would be easier to just say TREVOR. I moved all of our scripts to a different CVS in town and vented a little bit to the other store about him - guess what, I'm not the only customer who has told them they left because of his conduct.

First and last time @ any CVS. The elderly woman up front with yellow hair needs a new career - customer service is NOT her strong suit! I don’t think she could smile if you paid her ~ she was SO RUDE she scared me!

Horrible experience! Waited a long time for help on the self checkout, finally a lady showed up that didn't know how to help me. Josh came in said he wasn't checked in. He was rude, she was rude. Finally a rude manager showed up. Waste of time in this store.

This rating is specifically for the pharmacy staff. I have given this pharmacy 6 months, I go every month to pick up mine & my families scripts, every single time I have for the last 6 months, the staff has been extremely rude, & on the 1 occasion that I did ask a question the persons response was so incredibly rude I was so shocked & I just stood there in disbelief. I am pulling all of my families scripts & will be going elsewhere. I really hope this is not how they're treating the extremely ill, disabled, or elderly.

Very bad staff! Rude pharmacy staff and pharmacist. Very confrontational, and not willing to try to help just try to argue when questioned. I'm done with CVS now.

Well here we go…. “Manager” named Crystal…red hair with glasses lady in case she gave me the wrong name since she wasn’t even wearing a name tag being the manager and all. VERY VERY rude. I had another horrible experience at this location. The first time going there I had told my self I would never shop there again but wanted to give it another try… now my second attempt to shop and use my ExtraCare rewards and coupons seemed to be an issue to this woman. Same lady who made my first time at this location and issue. The whole purpose of me shopping at CVS is because of the great deals… not only did I need assistance with the checkout machine and needed to cancel my order and restart because my coupons weren’t applying this Lady made it loud and clear for everyone behind me to hear that I could only do Two transactions using coupons. And that I would have to let the people behind me go ahead of me because they weren’t using “coupons”!!!!! I waited for two very nice customers to check out… older ladies who witnessed the whole situation not only check out but used paper coupons and use their extra-care card! I would of never in my life though something so disturbing would happen to me. The people behind me not only couldn’t believe how this woman was talking to me and in front of my 4 year old. I asked to speak to another manager and she laughed it off and said he was off this day. After finally being able to do my shopping the machine wasn’t working or taking more coupons. At that point I was just ready to leave but before leaving and canceling yet again my transaction “manager crystal” handed me a paper with a number to call and make a complain…This woman shouldn’t be a manager or a team lead I know me not shopping at this location won’t make a difference but being treated like that today in front of my son and all the other customers behind me was disgusting. CVS has the app for great deals and using coupons to get a even better deal shouldn’t be an issue.

The short lady that works the window during the week needs reprimanded. Her unhappy attitude on the phone and in person is highly unprofessional. I drive across town now to a different CVS where the employees are awesome.

Went to fill my script and the doctor forgot to print his name on the script. Everything else including the office, doctor's signature, etc. was there. Instead of taking the time to call the doctor they sent me away saying "Walgreens will fill it". Obviously they are looking for any excuse to not take people's business, and brush them off to the nearest pharmacy. That's fine. If you don't want my business you won't get it.

The lady working in the store was incredibly rude to another customer who wanted help with self check out. The employee told the customer that she was "just going to have to use it" and offered no help to her. However, when I was checking out with my child they were more than friendly and even offered to help me out and tried to engage in conversation. I understand only having self checkout open during non-peak hours, but the employees could have better attitudes.
