Tried to get a prescription through the virtual doctor, they got my information and probably charged my card for the visit. My prescription is taking forever to come through. When I try to call, it says they have high call volumes and my wait time is 10+ minutes.

Cvs is always okay, not like the place gets better but i hasn't become worse either the 4th star is for good service. I haven't had trouble dealing with the employees here so gotta give them credit for good hiring skills.

I went today 10/14 to pick up a framed photo I made online on the CVS app. No one else was in the store. The GM named Lena or something seemed irritated with me before I got to the photo counter. She seemed to be irritated with my very existance.She seemed really irritated that she had to look for the photo I ordered. So, while she was looking, I asked her for the birthday card section and bags. (I hadn't been in this CVS and it's set up a little different than the one on Elm. She said, and I quote, "We don't have that kind of stuff here." So, I looked for the section on my own, found it picked out my card and gift bag and went back to the photo department. GM still unfriendly. She really wanted to explain to me why she couldn't find my item because it wasn't called an 8by10 or something and how I should have called it something else, like I would know what she was talking about. As I was paying I said, that her store did have birthday cards and bags just so she knows the next time someone asked. She said ok but with clear disdain. I asked her if I had made her angry or upset, she said no and looked over my head and away. Not why, just no. I paid. I left. For a GM, she was the worst.She hates her job. She hates people. She hates directing customers to merchandise to make spending easier. She hates looking through her stores own procedures to provide a service CVS advertises. She is just not nice. But for sure she absolutely isn't CVS General Manager, Store Manager material. If she were working for free, CVS would be paying her too much. Lots of qualified people would love to have her job. I hope her upper management notices before she tarnishes their workforce, and depletes their customer base. Walgreens up the road is much friendlier.

I went through the drive thru for insulin needles to use with my ozempic vitals, I asked the older woman for the pack of ten and she said “only if you have a prescription” which is weird cause I never have to have script for syringes at Walgreens and I get my medication mailed through push health so just weird to me. I said thank you and she just walks away with a judgmental smirk. ? Obviously by the reviews, the owner needs to teach these people customer service.

Went today (8/21)around lunch time (1:30) and there was an older gentleman needing help with the self checkout. Informed the tall blonde guy and he states “he can do it” I was shocked at such a response. I grabbed what I need and walked over to see if the older man needed anything. He said he needed help. By this time, another worker who clearly works at the minute clinic instruct this man to go look for the employee. This man could barley walk… yet he had to beg for this cashier to do his job. Absolute disgusting. Definitely will contacting the district manager.

Customer service is terrible at this location. Floor employees are very rude and hateful. Even had an employee roll her eyes when I ask a question.

Went to the minute clinic today and tested positive for Strep, like I thought. But definitely was not thrilled with the nurse, she wasn't friendly and didn't explain anything as one would expect. Though I did get the service I went for, not sure I'd make a visit back.

Was on hold for over 10 mins with no answer. Had to drive across town to the store just to see the cost of my RX. I got to the pharmacy, the phone was ringing and the pharmacist told the technicians to not answer it and it continued to ring while I was at the counter. I was astounded. I wasted gas to find out the staff wasn’t answering the phones. Will NOT be refilling here again.

Horrible experience.Store closes at 9 was there before 8 needed cash back and to pay at checkout.Service Representative already had the drawer closed down and was only offering self checkout which I couldn't use for what I needed . When trying to explain the managed was very Rude .Showed no sign of empathy.And really lost a customer.Only reason for 1 star is the sales they do run are decent .

Impersonal, rude, understaffed, poor service. I switched Rx to store 4850 due to insurance, about a year ago. Have never ever had a good experience there on any visit. Pharmacy appears to be a "pill sweatshop" with pharmacist and techs so busy they never look up from their work. You feel their sole purpose is to get you out of there ASAP. The front counter is not manned and you are urged to use self check out.Yesterday, April 26, I stopped there for some OTC purchases. When I went to the register Lana was working. From the look on her face, Lana was not having a very good day. She was helping an elderly lady that had tried to self check out using some coupons and some sort of welfare card. It was a disaster and the self check machine was jammed. Lana was very rude to the poor old woman. Behind her was a lady and then myself in line. After standing there for some time (no other CVS employee in sight) I ask Lana if she could call for some help. She barked that there was no one else and it was just going to be a while! I finally got checked out and at least one price was marked wrong so I walked out after being in line 15 minutes.An aside: I drove straight to a Walgreen. They had 3 checkers, all smiling and welcoming. I got what I needed and was out of the store in 3-4 minutes.I INTEND TO SWITHCH MY RX TO WALGREENS WHERE CUSTOMERS ARE APPRECIATED.

Pitiful service, but from looking at the reviews I'm not the only one who thinks that.I went yesterday for a COVID test, they couldn't do the test because of an error in their system. Fine, weird but fine. I come back today and they tell me they're closed for lunch a few minutes early and refuse to perform it. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!

Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. After reading other reviews, I realize that it was not just my experiences that were horrible. CVS Corporate should be ashamed of these reviews. I don’t know if they have had a change of leadership over the past few years, but the staff used to be kind. My child and I were treated with so much disrespect, I cannot take my family back in that store.
