Gave us a $400 quote and told us repairs would be 1 week on kubota lawnmower, 3 weeks later suprise $800 bill that we never aproved, take your buisness elswhere. Crown cant be trusted!!!

Evan at the parts counter went above and beyond to help me get parts for my ditch witch skid steer that had a Kubota d902 engine. He seems very knowledgeable and spent more time with me than I deserved. I’m a lawn and landscape business so I know a thing or 2 about these places. The quality of the dealership is everything when you buy new equipment. Your in good hands.

The people do their best. It did take a ridiculous amount of time to get our new engine, because the wrong one was ordered the first time, but they took care of it.

Well to start, I normally do the servicing on my kubota zero turn but after having open heart surgery I decided to trust Crown to get my mower ready for summer. Was a bad decision. The day I picked up they couldn't get it started at first and told me they could pull it back into the shop again and do a diagnostic for a additional $125 + parts after i already spent around $900 for there services. It gets worse the blades were sharpen but must not of been checked for balance because one of the blades occasionally hits the deck. So I'll be replacing. I also had to replace the ignition switch that they said was probably the reason it was not starting to find out it the park switch was causing the issue. So in saying all of this the point is they didn't meet my expectations and are just in it to get the most out of you without spending extra on parts for max profit for them. I do service work for a living and can say I would be out of business if my service was this bad.

I brought my RTV in for a check and install a lift kit. These guys are the best, they are farmers, also own the machines, relate to issues and uses and know the problems owners face on the land. Absolutely give them a 5 star ++

I have a Kubota Zero Turn that's been having electrical issues lately. Cole & his crew did an outstanding job working to get it fixed. As usual with electrical issues, it took a few stabs at it but they kept at it til it got resolved. Thanks to Cole & the whole crew at Crown Power for their tremendous work & dedication to customer service & getting it right!
