The most amazing crew to ever run a store! Tyler, Kailey and chance are so helpful and comforting, their customer service is above and beyond! They provide an exceptional experience and are all well versed in what they do for the company. I’ve seen them be helpful and warm to every single person that comes in! What other team would be willing to learn Spanish in order to help a larger customer base? You want great service? Come to the north glenstone cricket!!

I bought a new phone here today. Chance listened to my needs and showed me the phones meeting my needs. He did an excellent job and the whole process went smoothly. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. I have used this location several times and always have great luck.

This service is the worst. Then they charge you for paying in the store and charge you for paying over the phone. They literally charge you to pay your bill. Not to mention they charge for the worst service available. Pre paid phones at dollar general have faster data

Chance, Tyler, and Bailey were amazing!! I needed a new flip phone for my elderly father, and they walked me through the whole process with EXCELLENT customer service! Very comfortable office, it almost felt like they were my friends that I have known forever!! They were very quick and very efficient and knowledgeable! I did not feel rushed or like I was a bother! This is the store to visit if you need assistance with anything! Great Crew! Thank you Chance, Tyler, and Bailey for making me feel like I was your favorite customer! Merry Christmas!

So I'm sitting out in front of this Cricket store right now waiting on my girlfriend to get her phone looked at. The gentleman has a real attitude. He over explains things again and again and again and when I told him I was wondering if he was done with me because I had a dog out in the car, he told me 'that was not his problem'. I told him he didn't need to be rude. Nobody was giving him a problem for him to give one back. I will not be returning to the store because this is not the first time I've encountered rude employees here.
