I am so thankful for Country Paws! I have two dogs, one of which is usually very sensitive and overdramatic about his feet being touched at all. I took in my easy dog for a nail trim and asked them about my difficult dog. They were very kind and had me bring him right in to give a nail trim a try. They were very very quick and gentle and got the job done with him barely even noticing what was happening! I will recommend them to anyone that will listen!

These women are simply amazing. Without a doubt the best groomers I have ever found. We have been taking our dogs here for over two years and look forward to our monthly visits. You won't be disappointed.

Hope the best for this business, I’m not saying they’re liars but something isn’t quite right not taking in new customers and then saying they’re booked for the entire year. If that’s true good for them. Realistically I don’t see how a dog grooming business is booked for a full year, when any other Springfield dog grooming business can book me within a month time. If they ever decide to open up to the public I would love to bring Athena here. Hopefully they change the store policy someday! Good luck to your business.

After waiting months for an appointment, she had canceled my appointment when I showed up because their policy had changed. She told me I wasn't allowed to drop off my dog anymore because the appointment time had changed without my knowledge and when I explained that I had waited many MANY months for an appointment, she just said sorry and closed the door on me. I simply went somewhere else and was able to get my dog in within a week. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I usually take my little chihuahua in to get her nails trimmed (one thing she does like) The ladies at Country Paws are always great with her! They are always so pleasant to us when we go in there. Definitely recommend Country Paws for your fur baby!

Awesome!!! Took extra special care of our last dog and same extra special care of our current (Tucker). I would like to address one other Review (one star) that describes removing a poor Review. Removing a review is impossible, I know I also own a business. I believe that this reviewer has mistaken this groomer for another. Again, they are AWESOME!!!

Made an appointment went in refused to take dogs. She said I had the wrong day. I wrote it down. She was rude. Said she made no such mistakes. I took them another time before their first words your dog peed right here. I thought dogs do that. So she said they put them in the back. Never felt they were good to my dogs. Won't go back. Had gone to my last groomer who closed for 10 years. Not warm and fuzzy people.
