Chad was AWESOME!!! I just knew my problem would be "simple," and he didn't disappoint! All the problem turned out to be was that Google was trying to use an old debit card. He fixed me right up!

Great customer service. John set up my new laptop and it has been working great until I bought a new mouse. John had me back on line within 5 minutes. Check them out if you have any problems and if you can't bring your computer/ laptop into the store, they do in home service.

These Folks REALLY helped me bring my 'home build' in for the finish.
I had everything **I** knew I could do done...and several things I found online, too...nothing was working.
Finally, I admitted defeated and hauled my pile into their store.
without laughing help was offered, USEFUL help...and the Road to a working home PC was shown to me again!
Don't go to the big box places....just not worth it....just go here first, second and last.
you'll save YOURSELF the hassle and time.

WOKE ALERT. This store treated me horrible after I had a heart attack during covid. The owners daughter made me stand outside in the snow because I couldn't wear a mask.She kept raving at me about how the unmasked people are killing people while I was standing in the snow with the doors open so my germs didn't kill her father. I honestly felt like killing myself after she got done with me. Horrible people.

Really nice guys and very knowledgeable. Took my computer in after becoming frustrated with how slow it ran. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it in a timely manner. Reasonable prices and it now runs properly.
I would and will do business with them again in future if needed. Thank you!

John helped me find the power cord I needed with no help from me, and let me know if I found mine, just bring it back...my computer knowledge (not at all) I brought the computer up to help with hooking up...Chad graciously got everything working...alas...I found the first cord and brought the other back... Darcy took of the refund....their customer service)care...exceeds

Took my pc to a few places before and they had no idea how to fix my crashes. I take it here, John was the one who worked on my pc, and 1 week, I can play games without crashes again, for less than I paid at other places! Easy 5 star

I've had the same problem with my personal computer for a year now, and when I walked in they immediately took care of me, and fixed the problem so quickly, and with no fee, 10/10 service, will be coming back.
