Great experience here! Brought a computer in that we thought only needed a simple windows re-install, and quickly realized that it was far more messed up than I’d realized. Due to issues in the hard drive, it ended up taking several days to find and fix all the problems, but the technician was very upfront and direct about what they were finding and what my options were the whole way through. I never felt concerned about whether or not they could get it fixed or if they were going to overcharge me. Easily the best computer service I’ve worked with so far.

I am not very tech savvy so I appreciated the patience way I was teated at CG. If I did not understand something they explained it. The charge was resonable and the work was done on time.

They are the best. I am 1,300 miles away from them. They repaired my problem with my laptop by going remote. I worked for 2 days, and they had it fixed in 5 minutes. Cannot go wrong using them.

Logan at Computer Geeks saved my day by cleaning the clogged up hard drive of my very old DELL. Quick service and very friendly folks there and they know computers. I have dealt with them since they opened up shop many years ago. Five stars for sure.

I am a habitual dropper of laptops. It happened again this morning. The lid wouldn't open all the way. In the past, I've attempted to fix these issues myself. These self fix attempts have all ended in failure and end up costing me more in the end. So today I took my laptop to Computer Geeks for professional repair. Logan greeted me at the service counter and, thankfully, the repair was simple and I was out of there in much less time than I expected. I assure you it would've ended in disaster if I attempted the repair myself.I will take these issues to Computer Geeks going forward. I couldn't have asked for better customer service!

I'll save ya the trouble of dealing with this place. Here is my my experience.Had a computer issue and needed an estimate on a Friday at 9am during business hours. Ring ring ring ring ring ring no answer. I try back again. Ring ring ring ring ring no answer. How do you even expect to be serious at running a business and you can't even pick up or answer a simple phone call?Just skip these people and go with someone that is actually interested in having your business because it certainly isn't this place.

I just walked in to Computer Geeks after going to the big camera store in town that told me there was no hope in fixing a destroyed SD card that contained so many photo memories. Colby took a look and said he might be able to still transfer the images to another source. He was professional and was able to quickly restore the images. The guy has knowledge beyond belief! Thank you so much Colby for saying you would try and actually giving me back my photos!! Great place!
