They were all very kind but I didn’t like that they weren’t transparent over the phone about the costs of repairs and directed me to a link to 11K in damages instead of just giving me the bad news up front and being transparent when speaking about the costs.

I recently took my 2016 Ford Edge to Complete Automotive due to a warning light that had come on. When it started blinking, I knew it was time to get it checked out. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received at Complete Automotive.
They diagnosed the issue at a fair price and communicated everything clearly. I appreciated their thoroughness and honesty regarding the necessary repairs. They explained that while they would change the spark plugs and coils, my check engine light might return due to an underlying sensor issue. Sure enough, the light came back on just a day later, confirming their assessment.
Despite this, I was impressed with the quality of their work and their upfront pricing. I trust them completely and plan to return when I can afford to address the sensor issue. I highly recommend Complete Automotive to anyone in need of reliable automotive service. I will definitely refer my friends to them!

I had a breakdown in Springfield while travelling cross-country and the folks at Complete Automotive were very helpful. They worked me into their schedule and had to do a lot of legwork to get the parts needed for the job. Communication was great throughout the process and the completed work, which included some fabrication and welding, was very well done. I would definitely recommend them.

I think the price was fair but more than that they did a great job. Also everyone is so nice and considerate of my time. They even offer a ride to and from the shop. The young lady that did the driving was really nice too. The two men that work in the office couldn't have been more friendly. I will be back for sure .

I am so thankful for this crew. I had my brakes changed twice and had them looked at multiple times. They would not stop squeaking. No one could seem to figure it out. This crew did! They were life savers and very friendly/pleasant to work with. I appreciate them listening and not just blowing me off.

After pep boys let my car sit for 3 days without even looking at it, Complete Automotive promptly looked at my vehicle and were in contact with me every step of the way! Bringing a car to a mechanic is scary as a woman, but they instantly made me feel at ease! Will be using them from now on!

I love taking my 2004 Volvo to Complete Automotive. The technicians are amazing and Michael in the office is wonderful. My car saved my life one day on the road, so it has sentimental value. It sat in my garage for 2 and 1/2 years, because the closest dealership was 4 hours away. Now, my beloved car is back on the road, running great, and Complete Automotive is just 1 hour away. Thank you for all you do!
