It was an okay stay. The beds were semi hard. The pillows were not that great. I usually stack them up to sleep, but it is hard to stack then up when they're shaped as 4 squares. It was hard to regulate the temperature in there. To have two beds in a room, i would have had two night stands in there. But you get alwhat you pay for.

Breakfast was good and the workers were amazing. Someone kept smoking and the front desk said they were trying to track them down but it kept coming into our room. Pretty quiet as hotels go. Mattress was too soft for my back but sheets were exceptionally soft.

Highly recommend. Will stay again (already have 2 more stays booked). Staff is friendly and prompt when we needed anything. Breakfast was great. I though the waffles were Delicious and the chocolate pancakes were a big hit with my kids. There's an IHOP in a connected parking lot to the hotel with great food and service as well.

Do not stay at this hotel. We stayed 4 nights. Each night the room cleanings got worse. By the last day, the bed coverings were hanging on the floor, pillows were thrown on the floor, dirty towels were pushed under the sink and clean towels were just thrown on the sink. I showed the front desk pictures. They agreed it was not cleaned as it should have been. They told me to call the area manager. She lied and did nothing. She said I had to ask for cleaning service, I called and asked the front desk and they said you told of you didn't want service. Pathetic customer service. Will not stay there again and turned off of comfort totally.

The room was not worth 160 we paid with tax. It is just a plan hotel room, the door knob to the bathroom was broken, outdated and drain in sink was semi clogged. The bed wasn't bad, nice size tv and did include a microwave and fridge. The room is only worth about $70.00.

I will say I am entirely grateful to Chrissy and Gerry if comfort inn night shift. They help me through what wouldve been the worst night of my thanks to foster care workers. They worked with me and fellow YAB and COC workers to help get me a room here so I had somewhere to stay last night so I wouldn't be on the streets. I really feel as if I bonded with them two last night and I truly am grateful

This hotel is in a great location. Near lots of stores for shopping and restaurants for after! There is a pool and hot tub that our kids enjoyed! There was a bathroom close to the pool and towels offered to dry off. In the lobby they had a fridge of drinks you could buy at a reasonable price. The check in/out people were super super nice. They offer a free breakfast with lots of seating offered. The room we had was a little outdated but well kept and everything in working order. Plenty of parking and elevator in building. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The staff were friendly and kind. The facility was clean. Breakfast was good.One staff assisted a family member who was sick to wash her clothes.The manager was very helpful.

Truly an oasis after the storm! We stayed at Comfort Inn for two nights while our power was out after a major storm. The beds were so comfy, the room was spacious, and having the sink/vanity outside the bathroom was handy. The staff was super kind, and the free breakfasts were delicious. The only downside was a fire alarm test going off five times during our first night, but the staff got the Fire Department fixing it right away and comped our room for the night. The location is near anything you would need during a stay in Springfield. Thank you, Comfort Inn, for making a bad situation feel like a mini vacay!

I have to say the best thing about this hotel was the pool and a hot tub that was about it. Not sure why but pretty much everything smells like urine. It wasn’t a very good location for a hotel for a three star didn’t really seem like the people there wanted any customers unfortunately.

Always a pleasant experience to stay at this Comfort Inn. I loved the indoor pool especially with the windows letting in the sunshine. The room are clean and the beds were very comfortable. I love their fluffy pillows.

This hotel is one of the Comfort Inns that is about due for some upgrades. Could really use new carpet in rooms. Comforters were stained. Overall it was mostly clean. Water still in the ice bucket. Washing machine was free to use!! Bonus for getting jersey’s clean! The elevator is worthless as it is so slow and cleaning employees were using elevators during busy times in the morning. The very tall skinny gal in the kitchen was vibrant and upbeat (but a little annoying as well) to customers and very almost bully like to her shorter co-worker. It was very unbecoming and a bit unnerving how she would stand overtop of that girl and tell her not to do something like she was a young child. Kitchen area is so small, could really benefit from rearranging items so it doesn’t get so clustered with people. Food was my meh. Dining area was a great place to gather with friends in the evening!

The facilities were all in order from what they appeared. However, I stayed 1 night and I got bed bug bites. Be warned, some of the rooms are likely infested. Need to do a better job on cleanliness. Needless to say, will not be staying here again. Be warned.

stayed here for 2 nights while in town for business. the room was updated and smelled fresh. everything was clean and was in working order. the staff at the front desk were both friendly. it was nice having the fresh baked cookies for us to have. the parking lot had plenty of room and it was an easy on and off the main strip running in front of the hotel. i would have liked to try out the pool but didn't have the time. i would definitely consider staying here again.
