In our books, you all are the greatest!! We were treated with such respect and fairness and yes concern. They did a fantastic job repairing our golf cart. Runs like new without charging us a huge repair bill. Picked up our cart and delivered it back as promised. The young man who delivered our cart was so professional and nice. I know we will do return business with them if ever we need to.

We had an excellent experience with both the service department and the sales department! Micah in service got us in and out with a repair on a recall that had left us with an inoperable utility vehicle that we had purchased elsewhere. Reed in sales helped us out with a great trade on a golf cart, got it customized just the way we needed it! We will definitely be back. Thanks guys!!!!!!!

My fiance and I went in to find a golf cart for our sons birthday, Reed was very helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. He went above and beyond. Even though we didn't buy from this store Reed made it possible for us to get to Lamar and pick up the cart we wanted from their other location. Reed is the guy! We will shop here again!

DO NOT COME HERE FOR REPAIR WORK!!!!! THEY TRIED TO REFUND SOME MONEY IF I TOOK THIS DOWN SO NOBODY COULD SEE IT TOO!!!!
I see a lot of people saying this is a good place to buy motorsport vehicles. Whether that is true or not, this is the worst place to get work done. I am new to the bike scene. But i probably shouldn't have told them that. Because they tried to rip me off majorly. Not even an exaggeration. But i knew i needed a new tire on a bike i just bought. They were priced fair, so i went with them. Got the bike in there, and they came back saying i shouldn't ride it and whatnot, then gave me a list of parts. I told them i would get back to them with a plan. But they went ahead and changed the tire anyway. Because i went in the next day to get pictures of some of the bad parts so i could check prices of parts on my own, and the new tire was on and put back together as far as i could tell. I found out a couple of days later that they were trying to overcharge me on parts by a ridiculous amount. And even worse on the labor costs. So i went in with a trailer to get my bike. Remember, i said to hold off on any work until i figure something out. But when i went in with the trailor, they had already started taking apart again. Without authorization from me. I have the pictures of it put back together after they did the tire. Then, they charged an extra $40 labor charge for "diagnosing" the problem. Even though they were already taking the tire off and saw what was wrong anyway. I took my bike to Honda Of The Ozarks. Clear creak was charging me $202 for the parts, and $430 for labor. Plus the extra $40 for "diagnosing" the problem. HOTO is only charging me $84 for parts, and $250 for labor. Never in my life has anyone charged more than a dealership. If you buy a vehicle from them, just dont have them work on it. They will try to rip you off.
