Had multiple malfunctions with my rifle Chris without any hesitation stepped in and got my rifle sorted out very pleased with the service and the range officer.

Sold me a gun with a cracked barrel.
Didn't notice until I got home to clean it. Okay. No problem. Things happen.
Send in for warranty. They tell me it should be a couple days.
I call back in a week. Still no gun.
Then they call me a couple days later and magically gun is there.
I go in to pick it up after work and the woman goes "I can't do a background check this late." After I drove 20 minutes out of my way to pick it up.
Do not recommend. Unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Staff were polite and knowledgeable. I was provided apt recommendations without pressure. Processing of paperwork related to my purchase went very quickly. Won't be my last time here!

49 year old male who is a complete idiot when it comes to guns. Thought I’d stop in today to learn a couple things and perhaps take the first steps to becoming a proud and responsible 2nd Amendment citizen.
Initially spoke with Jesse who went over basic fundamentals and then Matt spent a good amount of time going over pistols and helping me out on the range.
These folks were professional, courteous and extremely helpful. In no way was I made to feel like an idiot. I enjoyed the 22 sig sauer as a beginning intro and I enjoyed every moment of it. I plan on returning later this week for another go and may very well buy my first gun at your location. In fact, I guarantee I will. There was also a handsome dog who stopped by to make sure I was good and not up to any shenanigans. Now I at least am not frightened to handle a weapon. I plan on doing a lot of research and perhaps take a course on proper handling and use.
This is a really nice, clean and well stocked business. The only problem I foresee is spending my entire paycheck here if as expected I’ll be coming back often. Thank you all for the patience and time helping someone out. You folks are alright.

Very knowledgeable and serious minded people , from the owner on down. I had a question while shooting at their indoor range and the gentleman came in and patiently explained to me the correct way to deal with a stovepiped shell. Safety and education are clearly paramount and in me they have a customer for life. These are the types of representatives of professional and recreational firearm ownership that - in my opinion - hold up nicely to any attacks on our 2A rights. A great store , great location and great inventory .

We go every weekend to shoot there. The staff is amazing and friendly. They always help you out if you have questions or look lost they will be more then helpful. All around great help!! And the range is awesome it goes 51 feet so that’s awesome and the air filtration filters every square inch of the range so it never smells stuffy . It’s just a great place to go. You feel like family!!

Absolutely wonderful place and anyone and everyone is prone to having bad days and not to put anyone directly in the spotlight but how about a vacation or some range time. Goosfraba, goosfraba. Keep up the great work but don't let it work you over.

Pretentious staff, bad attitudes, and the most judgement a gun store clerk can pass off onto someone. If you go in wanting to ask questions they will do one of the following: not answer them adequately while thinking they did, use personal bias to tell you why not to get a part or something they don't like, and overall they just make the experience terrible as they almost carry an elitist gun snob attitude like that of some of the 2A Facebook groups. I'd rather go to anchor, eagle, or at this point even Walmart or academy for any of my needs over this place
