“I recently took my 2016 Ford Edge to Complete Automotive due to a warning light that had come on. When it started blinking, I knew it was time to get it checked out. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received at Complete Automotive.
They diagnosed the issue at a fair price and communicated everything clearly. I appreciated their thoroughness and honesty regarding the necessary repairs. They explained that while they would change the spark plugs and coils, my check engine light might return due to an underlying sensor issue. Sure enough, the light came back on just a day later, confirming their assessment.
Despite this, I was impressed with the quality of their work and their upfront pricing. I trust them completely and plan to return when I can afford to address the sensor issue. “I didn't have an appointment just stopped in to see if they could repair my cracked windshield. It happened while driving from Waynesville to Springfield and felt like it needed immediate attention. The very nice lady said she would give it her best shot and if it didn't take there would be no charge. She said it was a challenge but she thought it would hold. Looks like the little spider lines are starting to return so I'm not sure it;s going to work. If not then I will definitely take it back there for a new windshield.”
