“I've gone to Horrman's a couple of times over the past few weeks and bought $200 in different offerings in two visits, including their brats and ostrich wings, elk and venison. I hadn't tried any of the meats until today. I made the bacon and pepper jack brats for Labor Day, and OMG!! they are delicious. I've been waited on twice by Grant and took his recommendations. Hats off to you Grant!! Next I'll try to grill the ostrich wings. I'll post after I try them. Go by and see these guys!! It's worth a visit. I drove up from AR to try them.”
“We went here about a month ago for high quality CLEAN boneless ribeye steak. They delivered just that. The gentleman that helped me was professional, courteous, and enjoyable to speak with. He also cut 4 one pound boneless ribeye steaks virtually perfect. I think he was off by one one thousands of a pound! That takes skill you don't get overnight. “Great butcher shop with awesome customer service! Locally sourced and no antibiotics. Great prices and extremely good tasting! Pan seared a sirloin with nothing but salt and pepper to test it and I was very impressed with the steak overall. It's was juicy, beautifully seared and cooked to a lovely medium rare and melted in the mouth like warm butter on a hot day. It was a wonderful steak.”
