We had the pleasure to work with Hunter on the purchase of our new BMW. If I could give Hunter and our purchasing experience more than 5 stars, I would. He made the entire experience enjoyable, stress free, and fun. From the day we ordered our vehicle to the day it came in, Hunter kept us updated on where are vehicle was in the build and delivery process. And the icing on top was making us feel like royalty having our car covered up, red bow, and red carpet experience for the big reveal. Fun and special!

Hunter is amazing! Incredibly helpful. He got a dealer trade completed within one week timeframe. I was able to get into a highly sought after vehicle in the most gorgeous shade of purple. The car typically requires a 4 month order time frame but I was able to get the exact model and features I wanted without the custom order or waiting period. 10/10 would recommend!

Jason met me at the door upon my arrival to see a vehicle I’d spotted online. Very cordial, informative and if he was unsure of an inquiry (the vehicle had just arrived to the lot) he found a colleague who did. Seamless and wonderful experience. So happy I purchased!

I was there for 3.5 hours, clearly stated my intentions to lease a vehicle. Staff lied to me saying I was approved for lease, only to come out and say I was approved for finance not lease when that is not why I went. I told them hours prior when I needed to leave by for my kids and they chose to lie to me and let me keep sitting around in hopes I would buy. I was patient, believed them, and I'm quite frankly very disappointed in the inhumanity and choices made instead of simply being honest. I have had prior good experiences here but will not ever be back.

It’s been about 1.5 years since I’ve last dealt with this pathetic excuse of a BMW dealership and I’m still outraged by the service. I had the unfortunate time of dealing with this dealer when I traveled to the Midwest for the summer. The dealerships in my hometown in the east coast give world class service and what I’ve seen here falls far below even mediocre. It started when I brought one of my F80 M3’s in for a seat warranty claim and when it was time to pick it up and drive off with it they had their tech come out and make sure the seat was fully bolted down. Isn’t this something you do before releasing the car? What was odd was that with that service visit they said they replaced a pulley since it’s “known to go bad”. Literally unauthorized work. This is my second F80 and bought my first one new in 2015. I’m not new to this platform and there are no known issues with the pulley. Kicker here is about 2 weeks later the car started to squeal. After the squeal went away the car drove funny. Brought it back in and turns out, the belt shredded. Odd how the last thing they touched was the pulley (that never had issues before) and then shortly after the belt shredded off. To top it off they decided to void my warranty so I had to pay out of pocket. Finally I had my last experience with them before going back home to the east coast was when the car was brought over for an insurance claim. I ran over an animal carcass late at night and they had the car for over 1 month and all they could get done was an auxiliary cooler. By this point I had to be back home to start my senior year of college. They couldn’t even have the car fixed for weeks and all they got done was maybe 30% of the work. Funny enough the very next day I started the car to ship it back home and I got a low coolant light. These guys didn’t even top off the coolant after replacing the auxiliary radiator. I shipped the car back home and had everything gone over and fixed at my local dealer. Even they were appalled hearing the type of service I got from them. This place is a hack job. Do yourself a favor and take it to BMW of Kansas City or BMW of Tulsa. We’ve bought 6 new BMW’s over the course of 5 years. This is NOT how a BMW dealer worth it’s name should be. They will make you wait an exorbitant amount of time for a simple service, the service manager was extremely rude, made snide remarks, and will try to scam you like a stereotypical shady dealership.
