We had the best experience at BMW of Springfield. Everyone is extremely helpful. Our main contact was Bruce Smith. He was exceptionally professional, highly knowledgeable , attentive to our needs, stayed focused on providing the best possible options available, super prompt with replies through email/calls/texts, and most of all, super nice with a pleasant personality. We went back to go over some settings in our new car. He took his good time explaining each setting and helped us choose the most comfortable options and offered to be available for help in the future as well. We would recommend Bruce Smith to our friends and family wholeheartedly.

My husband Scotty and I had the best experience while working with Perry!
He’s a great family man first and foremost which we really appreciated in him.

I took my X3 in for brake service and they messed up my car so badly that I could not drive it. I initially took it in because it was jumping when I would brake. They replaced the pads and rotors and told me it was good. However when I picked it up nothing was fixed that I had taken it in for. They told me it could be a transmission issue but “everything was fine”. It got worse so I took it to a place at home and found out they had left bolts off of the brakes, and didn’t do a brake fluid flush properly which was making my car shake. This cost $400 to repair and guess what, BMW didn’t cover the cost even though it was their mistake. Needless to say- I will never be returning and I would caution anyone from trusting them. I was informed their “shop foreman” was the person who did my service so that says all I need to know. Take your car to the import specialists on Pythian NOT this dealership.
