Jesse took care of a party of 13 for us. Even though it was chilly the heater worked great and we all enjoyed a few games. The food orders came out correct and with extra ranch! We we able to relax and have a great time for our Christmas party.

The service can be a bit spotty bc It seems understaffed, But then again it is the winter and they probably have fewer customers just by because the nature of the business. The service we received was great. Multiple monitors were not working, which makes it difficult to see how you're playing in the various games.
