On may 26,2024 my brother, his wife and me came in to this store to buy the mattress Serra Queen Santiago Medium PT.
The Cashier that day was Sonya. My brother paid the whole amount of $648.59. And stated on email that be pick up on June 9, 2024.( see insert )
My husband ( wasn't with us in store that day his loyalty reward I use.) So when we got back home my husband told me that email confirmation was sent to him.
Prior the pick up day,Friday, my brother and his wife came in to the store for confirmation that Sunday he will come to pick up since he has to arrange for transportation.
But when 5 of us came on Sunday ,we are being told that there's no mattress that there's no delivered. And Big lots should call my brothers number first blah ,blah blah.
Wow, what a bunch of lies.
Big lots is my always my to go stores but why lying like this? Why my brother treated that way , if this things happened to any of you how would you feel?
He decided to cancel but the point is , he waited 2 weeks and ended up nothing. I hope someone will answer to this post.( I posted a picture on other page.)

I love this store!!! This one is the biggest Big Lots I’ve been in. store is clean nicely organized staff are friendly when I travel this way I always stop at this Big Lots
