Went looking for a scanner. Found a combination copier, scanner, printer. The sales associate was very sweet, patient and brought a cart for us, he wished us a good day. Customer service was sincere and respectful. We appreciated that.

Thank you to Collin for helping us out the other day! He was so polite and funny and really explained the details of the sound bar we ended up buying. He also helped explain the differences between two laptops I was looking to get in the future and which one would be best for what I want to use it for. Thank you so much. I worked at Best Buy ages ago and it had so much more to offer than it does now. They don't even sell music or movies anymore. They just focus on the expensive stuff like computer stuff, TV's, exercise equipment, appliances. It still has some things to offer but not as much anymore

They stay pretty busy and if you are shopping at peak times you may have to get in line or send out a search party to get help, but when you do they are typically knowledgeable and accommodating. Very nice store

This store is friendly and nice. I hate going to this store, way to many items my eyes see and want. Can't Spend too much time there my wife would kick me to the curb.

I went into Best Buy for a USB type B cord. I couldn't get anyone to show me where they were at all. One person said they don't stock them, one said they were out of stock, and another pointed towards the radios and said over there somewhere. The most helpful person was training and didn't know where to look for them but at least he tried before we both gave up and I left.

Such a great experience! We worked Collin for most of the time to get my sister an iPad she’s been researching for a while. He was so helpful and friendly! When we went to check out, we met his supervisor, Joel, and Nick. The pair of them chatted with us while Collin put all of the information in. Great experience! I definitely recommend working with these guys, especially Collin!

I was dressed like I was poor. (In old jammies with shorts over, hoodie and winter hat= flexible, cheap , warm outside clothes)She was ..... Not interested in helping me.I bought my items elsewhere.

Purchased a laptop on sale really great specs. Geek squad maxed out (doubled) the ram for only the cost of the ram, no installation cost. Best Buy has really improved their customer experience.

Ordered a tv online. Said it was ready for pickup in store so I drive an hour to pick it up. When I get there the guy behind the counter says its not in stock but they can ship it in a week or so. I canceled the purchase and will never go there again.
