This is one of the best places we have ever seen, very clean and friendly. We will keep them in mind for all of our trips. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating. In all of our trips we don't see that very often. The company is very lucky to have her.Thanks again for the pleasant nights rest.

Clean room with everything you need to stay the night. Very pleasant owner and worked with us on a late check-out! I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Rooms are terrible and higher priced than most of the hotels in springfield our bathroom door was literally split in half the blankets had holes all over and there was roaches no wifi bed is hard as a rock pillows might as well be sheets thrown in pillow cases the bathroom was so dark even with the light on you basically have to shower in the dark cause there's no light anywhere near the shower the toilet acted like it was stopped up couldn't get them to fix it

The main items to with hold the cleanliness off the room wouldn't be bad idea to wash twice a week, bathroom exhaust DUST ITTv channel guide y'all have in rooms channels and # wrongI am however thankful for the clean tub n beddings ...H just a finale spray of air freshener would be a good idea

Very small rooms. Had just one room with two beds and they were nice enough to rent it as a single since it had a jack and Jill bathroom separating the small rooms each able to fit one bed. Stipulations were no sleeping in the other bed or any others coming and staying or else they would charge full price on the stay.Rooms: SmallNearby activities: Not many activitiesFood & drinks: Several fast food places down the road and gas station not for across the street

I'm very impressed. The room was clean, moderately updated, and had reasonably expected amenities. The staff was friendly. You can't ask for more at the price.

There was roaches, the windows we cracks and it was freezing cold in the room with 2 pregnant woman. We went to tell him and he got rude. He said racial slurs towards us then took pictures of our car wjen we left. There's no pets allowed and there website is not up to date.

Very clean and quiet! Very comfortable beds and great hospitality. Clean linen and very friendly and efficient staff. Very fast check in and check out. I highly recommend this place!

The place is clean and their customer service is awesome, I loved it.Though their prices are a bit high. I paid $91 for one night. That didn't sound like best budget.

They keep deleting my review because I had pics of the dirty sheets, cigarette burns on the bed cover, the crack in the door jam, the dirty bathroom. I would repost the pics but I deleted them by now.

The style was outdated but the stay was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Large room and very peaceful. Plenty of table and chairs to accommodate a family. staff were all friendly and well mannered. I recommend this to anyone who wants a good nights sleep.

This is definitely a cheap motel. There are no extra amenities or a pool.. its the bare minimum. However, places like this don't exist anymore and I hope it stays. Sometimes.. a lot of the time, you NEED a place like this, without all the added amenities and cost, because of where you are financially. Rex, the owner, is fantastic! He will work with you on cost and stay time. This was the cheapest place we could find for the period we needed it and Rex worked with me over the phone to get everything set up. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there's no way to book a room online, like through Expedia or Hotels.com.. otherwise, I am a fan of this motel and what it offers to people who aren't super wealthy or rich. Thank you Rex!!!

Great budget option for lodging in the Springfield, MO area. Very clean spacious rooms, with a floor plan that gives the rooms a more at home feeling- I definitely never feel like I'm in a hotel when I stay there. The staff is really nice & helpful however they do respect your privacy. Family owned & operated- which is always a plus in my book... I try to spend my money with small businesses whenever I can!!... Wether you're passing through town or in need of a home away from home I recommend checking out the Best Budget Inn. Quality & budget friendly ????
