Went to Bella Spa for my first time Since it was Brow Art 23…. on my 21st Birthday The woman was Indian with a piercing in the middle of her forehead Just visual and I’m Mixed More Black and I felt she Acted like she Didn’t Care to much about me being a customer at all.. We were good through most of it she gave me the mirror after threading my brows a bit then I ask to go a little thinner so they weren’t boxy at the front she sat me back down and took the hole front of my left brow of and cut me in 3 places i didn’t realize at first so I payed and gave a 30%tip and said no to a receipt, . then looked in the mirror one last time and I was bleeding and said can I put some brow stuff on I always have with me and was Devastated My brows are so far apart rn and sting from the cuts my 27 Birthday was absolutely ruined Jan 21st 2024 … I bought a brow serum hopeing they grow pray for me and God bless. I was just gunna try a different brow studio for my birth day and she really mad my day terrible. God Bless.

Not very good I had a horrible experience ended up going to the emergency room later that day because of my eyelashes I kept saying my eyes burn extremely bad and she didn’t do anything. Also they were very messed up if anyone knows management I would love to get in contact with them

I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded at multiple places and while this was the fastest service I’ve ever received it was definitely the least accurate. My eyebrows are pretty uneven and end at different lengths. There are way better places to get your eyebrows done that are less pricey.

I left with tears...she was horrible....never again will I go there...DO NOT GO THERE!!! Worst ever, cut into my skin, broke thread on my eyes, not worth 1 star...

This place is closed every time I'm in the mall. No sign with hours, very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

Julissa was very friendly to not only me, but the other customers as well. She did a very good job on my eyebrow threading and I will defiantly be back to see her.

She was very open warming and I was kind of nervous I've never had my eyebrows threaded before and she was fast and made sure that I was comfortable and that I liked my eyebrows is it I'm gonna bring my nieces and my friends I'm gonna recommend

JULI did my micro blading on my eyebrows. she took her time and was a bit slow but it was worth the wait. also Bella spa only charged me 350. i almost paid 500 elsewhere. thanks BELLA SPA! I'll recomend all my family and friends! I felt good bc I can not speak English well so she spoke to me in spanish. Remind me of home:)

Don't recommend it, they threaded my eye brows and ripped chunks out of my skin. I have never had this happen to me. I am still in pain!!!
