“I meant to send this a few days ago... The service I received here on Sunday the 25th of August 2024 was exceptional! I had the unfortunate experience of my phone being damaged by an employee of another store in the area, I won't go into detail of that incident but suffice to say the management team of that store was exceptional at handling the situation as well.
When I came here I had tried for hours to get my phone to turn back on for several hours the night before but eventually gave up. When I arrived and entered I was greeted by Jon and Trace (I think that is how it is spelled, sorry). Trace took my phone and got it to power on, after some conversation and notifying me they didn't have any repair parts on hand, he offered to take it a part to look inside and try to figure out why it wasn't powering on prior.
While waiting for the machine to separate my case they were incredibly helpful to several customers all while tending to me. Their customer service service skills are 10/10. Once the machine had separated my case Trace carefully examined my entire device but could find no cause for the issues I was experiencing. I happily paid the minor fee for the examination and went on my way.
Several hours later my phone started going blank screen but still made the lock/unlock sounds. I called them back literally minutes before closing and Jon answered the phone. I explained what was happening and he gave exceptional service and advice once more! 10/10 service, I would recommend them to my friends and family if I wasn't from out of state. Thanks again Jon and Trace!!!”

“I just came in to ask for a code read on my car. The young fella who helped me was positive and outgoing, even though I didn't need to buy anything that day.Don't expect them to be certified expert mechanics or anything, you need to know your own vehicle (some reviewers/customers expect way too much). That kind of service is expensive.I've always liked O'Reilly's, and from experience, they're generally better than other auto parts stores. Plus they're headquartered here in Springfield. I do think they should try to pay the store employees a little more, but I only know about their starting pay, and maybe they give decent raises. Anyway, thanks for your services. “They had what I needed, they were pretty nice but the part I was needing was 2 times more expensive than a couple other stores of the same exact brand. Unfortunately the other stores didn't have the part on hand and I couldn't wait for it, so I had to buy it from here. All in all, will get my issue fixed but I just don't like doubled prices.”

“I have found the employees of this store (various ones) to be friendly, helpful, and honest. They have tested my battery and check-engine light for me, for example, and never tried to upsell me on anything (even though they could have). I completely trust them and always use their store.”
“Bought a new car battery. The young employee installed not only the battery but also a battery terminal for me! Such great customer service, and I get a nationwide warranty. Why would I go anywhere else? Also picked up oil and a filter to do my own oil change. Gonna save a lot of money that way. The team was great at suggesting the best oil and parts for the job.
