Ran into the Battery Outfitters location in Springfield, MO to see if I could get my daughter’s key fob repaired or replaced…and had THE BEST customer service experience I’ve had for some time! David greeted me with enthusiasm and did a fantastic job in providing me a great solution for my not so straightforward situation. Will definitely be returning for all my battery-related needs thanks to David.

My car died on the way to take my daughter to school so I was already being dramatic about a car battery BUT Jon was SO NICE and so helpful, explained everything clearly and offered to change it for me! I didn't want to risk my car dying a second time so I didn't drive it over but he just kept saying if I had any trouble to bring it back and he would help me no problem! First time dealing with them but will definitely NOT be my last!
And I get $15 back when I bring my old battery in tomorrow!

Everyone was exceptionally helpful on a Monday morning and courteous to everyone that walked in. Was able to get a battery installed in my 2021 VW Atlas and on my way within 30 minutes. Prices were much less expensive than any dealership or Import repair facility!
