i wanted to email and say that Wesley did a amazing job with my cracked screen yesterday night. i called around different phone repair stores and all of them said it would take 1-2 days. so i called your amazing store and Wesley said it would take only 45 mins so i brought it in and he was very helpful and friendly to me and had a amazing experience overall. he got it done in 30 mins and did a amazing job with my screen and got it done fast. I believe Wesley being so friendly and helpful and getting my phone done fast. he seems very hardworking and determined to get things done i think he needs a raise and appreciation for his hard work. thank you again Wesley.-Laiton Morrison

I bought two 2354 batteries at my local batteries plus store in Springfield Mo on Oct 12 2023 for my two Tesla fobs. By Nov 4 2023 both were going dead. These batteries are not commonly used so it appears that they had been sitting on the shelf for longer than desired. New fob batteries should last a year at the least. My original fob batteries lasted 18 months.

They changed the battery in my fob BEFORE telling me the price or that they were charging $10 just to install the battery. I could have easily done that myself and saved $10. Very Poor communication and customer service.

actually I would never go back to BP again. Bought a set of deep cycle batteries for my golf cart and had to pay a core charge of 12 dollars a piece for six batteries. since I am out of town the salesman said to bring them back in any time. now 11 months later they will not give me my core charge back ?the only reason I gave them one star is because they had the batteries. Buy your batteries elsewhere and save some headache ?

My wife and I bought a Honda and it has a fobb that was taped together and we have had bad luck with those in the past and it was just a bad situation and inconvenient to say the least so we knew we needed to get a key made asap .we called Honda and set up appointment and it was 300 bucks .a friend of ours told us about batteries plus we was skeptical but called and we got one key with the unlock and alarm buttons on it and one key just for starting it for 150 really glad we found out about this before we had to pay dealership bs prices ty guys for making it more affordable for the average guy

Hayden at the Kansas Expressway Springfield, MO location went above and beyond by making sure we were able to get the battery we needed. The battery was at a different location in Springfield, and he took the time to call the store to get the battery on hold and called me back to confirm everything was ready.I was at work but my wife was able to drive into the store and have the battery installed for free, which was a huge blessing for me. She was very happy with the service provided, and I was very happy with the overall communication the associates provided. This experience was to rated for sure.

I tried to place an order for delivery and the system was a bit vague. Placed order and received a phone call that it was ready for pickup, not shipping, Customer service person called back a second time and was very quite rude! I lost my cool and told her what to do with herself and to cancel the order ! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
