Wanted to acknowledge Chris and the rest of the folks at Batteries Plus. I had a cranking battery go bad in my boat. Big heavy glass mat batteries. I’m not as young as I used to be, and Chris jumped right in to help me remove my old battery. Then spent a considerable amount of time getting the new one installed. All while standing in the pouring rain. Chris really went above and beyond. Thanks again.

I always have a pleasant exchange with whomever is working. They have difficult to find batteries and run good discounts if you buy online and pick up in store.

I rarely give reviews, however the staff was wonderful. When I spoke with Dianna, she was kind and made sure that they had the battery in stock; so I wouldn't waste my time driving there.Then there was Angie (I hope I have the name correct). She installed the battery like a pro. She was kind, professional, and knowledgeable.They will have my business from now on and would recommend anyone to them. Thank you ladies, you were the best.

The guys here were phenomenal! We had a car key that was just coming apart. Then the key itself broke off the base ?. These guys got us set up with a brand new key and got it programmed to the car too! It was a huge relief.These guys were great, and they worked fast too. I think it only took around 30 minutes to get everything fixed. It was just about $100 to save the day. We’re glad to have a new key!

Mike^2 did an amazing job!I was greeted warmly the minute I stepped in the store and was helped immediately.I needed a new car key fob battery and Mike1.0 got to work immediately while Mike 2.0 started ringing me up. I was in and out within 5 minutes. I will definitely come to this location again to see Mike^2 !

I seldom give reviews, but I really want to thank the staff of this store for helping me in a jam to get my phone’s camera back up and functioning. Jon was especially wonderful to work with and I am so appreciative for the fantastic and prompt customer service I received. Not having a functioning camera on my phone the week before leaving for a European vacation had me very stressed, but Jon and other staff were so reassuring and quick to act to get things right. You have my business and recommendation to friends and family from here out. Thank you!

TL;DR - Not recommended for phone repairs, or communication, or timely turnaround, or anything really unless you're looking to have your time wasted and end up frustrated while they're indifferent. We were sent here for a phone repair because the phone was covered by an Squaretrade/Allstate Protection plan. It was intermittently stuck in a bootloop (wouldn't start up and kept trying, couldn't make it stop or fully start up). When I called them to schedule the repair, I explained the problem and the person on the phone immediately jumped to the conclusion that the battery was the root cause. I asked a few questions because I didn't think the battery was the problem, but after they assured me that they'd do a full diagnostic before repairing the phone, I decided to shut up about it because I'm not a professional and I assumed they knew their business. We dropped off the phone on a Tuesday, and after a few days not hearing from them I decided to call. They told me the battery arrived and I could come pick it up. Wait, you're supposed to be repairing the phone, right? Oh, ok, sorry, they said, you're right. We'll get that done and call you when it's ready. That was Friday. By the following Tuesday, I called them again. Oh yeah, it's sitting here - did no one call you? No. Ok, well it's ready anytime. We picked it up, and later that evening it was right back to being stuck in a bootloop. I called them the next say and their response was "It passed our diagnostic after the repair." Ok, but clearly the battery wasn't the issue. So you guys don't stand by your work or warranty the repair? "It passed our diagnostic after the repair." Yeah, you said that already. What am I supposed to do here then? Silence. So yeah, swell outfit.

Exemplary customer service! Jon took the BEST care of me, replacing battery & charging port in my iPhone 7. Yes, I know it’s a dinosaur but still works great & I sure didn’t want to spend $$$ for the “latest & greatest!” Thx to Jon I didn’t have to. Respectful & patient, he’s the reason I will keep coming back.

I'm a returning customer for a reason. Their people are very friendly and service is top notch. Among other things like getting my cell phone repaired, I come here for car batteries as it's one of the few places I can buy one locally-made (The X2 Power battery is built by a quality American company here in Springfield). Highly recommend this store.
