I walked into Barker’s feeling disheartened after receiving a previous estimate on my vehicle which was hit while parked in a parking lot. Chad was so nice and casually estimated a full repair for a fraction of the amount I’d been quoted at a neighboring body shop.
Refreshing to witness fair and ethical business practices with a goal to help the customer and not take advantage of insurance pay outs.
I am SO appreciative and will sing Barker’s praises for friendly, kind, service and quality workmanship.

This place is top notch. I trust them to do anything anytime from the front desk to guys work in shop are all fantastic to deal with. Josh went above and beyond to take care of everything. Hopefully I won’t have to come back but I know where to go if so. Choosing the right auto body shop is very important. Honest review but most honest people work here.
This shop is what you want when it comes fix your vehicle right the first time.

The worst experience!
They were only supposed to have my truck for three days. After agreeing to the work, they called us on the fourth day and said, “we are still waiting on parts“. I was told they had all the parts ready to go, which is why we drop the truck off. This took almost 2 weeks to place a bumper that they told us they already had. The insurance was waiving our deductible. Once I told them, we didn’t have to pay anything, they physically pulled the keys out of our hands until they called their insurance.

Barkers did an amazing job on repairing our vehicle. They got it in quick, worked with our insurance company, and had it finished by the end of the week.

i highly appreciate them taking the car apart piece by piece to determine what needs replaced and what needs repaired.if you need your car right then you’ve found the right place. they’re by far the best car repair shop in the southwest missouri.
not to mention, it was a good sign when Progressive spoke highly of Barkers Frame and Collision !

I recently visited Barker's again and Ted, Chad, and Josh were great to work with. They were professional, courteous, patient, and extremely kind. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect in the end. They had a loaner I could use while they repaired my car, which was a huge blessing and saved me from having to rent a car. Their commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out to me. I appreciate their hard work and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services. I believe this is my 3rd time using them in the last 10 years, and although I hope I don’t need to visit again anytime soon, I will choose them again *if* there is a next time. ?

Super friendly and helpful. I got into a wreck not too long ago and my front bumper split I haven't been able to open my hood to be able to change oil or anything like that and when I showed up for my appointment they were able to get my hood popped up open free of charge I definitely will be coming back to get more things fixed on my car. Love them!

Outstanding customer service! Knowledgeable and friendly staff that went above and beyond my expectations. While repairing, they coordinated picking up and dropping off my truck with an off-road shop to get it leveled. Even with that addition to the repairs, they still were finished in a timely manner. If you care about your vehicle, so do they, and it shows.
I'd recommend Barkers to anyone
