BJS trophy made us our Name tags. The Process was easy they gave me a time frame and kept me updated. They beat that time Frame. They were fast efficient and have great quality. Love it! Thank you

We used this for our company. We waited until the last minute to put in order in, but these guys put a rush on it and got it done in time for our event. I’m blown away at the service here. Stay away ... I contacted BJ's to build a shadow box. I told Bill "There wasn't a need to rush the build". Apparently, his interpretation of "no rush" meant forget about my shadows box for a month. I dropped on the items on April 7, 2022. The box was built and back at his shop on Apr 22, 2022. I had to keep calling for an update. The third call for an update was May 23, 2022. This is when I find out the shadow box has not been built. On May 25, 2022, I receive a call, informing the shadow box was ready for pickup. I was already concerned about the attention of detail. Jun 1, 2022, I talked with Bill about the shadow box. Which is how I learned of his interpretation of "No rush", he did offer a slight discount. On Jun 2, 2022, I arrive to pick up the shadow box. Here why I was concerned. The inscription was not included, there were multiple errors with the engraving. After explaining the errors. The woman I talked with (who was very helpful) stated she would talk to Bill. i return on June 3, 2022, to pick up the shadow box. When I return home, there were still errors with the engraving. I had to go to another shop to fix BJ's Trophy shop's work. Conclusion: the shadow box thrown together, clearly there was a serious lack of attention to detail. If a photo was sent to me for review. It would have helped to make sure everything was done correctly. As i said at the being stay away.

The work was really good, we had already ordered a plaque from here and the new plaque that they made to add to the plaque already in place did not fit. We will have to go back to get a new one sized and made.
