Price on shelf not what was ringing up. Associate looked and agreed incorrect price. Said I needed to wait for manager that was outside changing a battery to get price correction. Associate is able to take my money, should be able to correct their mistake.

I bought a power steering pump at this store and and exchanged it at the AutoZone in Aurora Missouri for one with the resivour attached. In doing I also took the one that I took off my truck in to get the core charge of $25 dollars back. The Aurora store failed to include that on the transaction. When I explained this to the manager at the west chestnut store I was told that I could not get the core charge unless I had my old pump and he refused to call the store in Aurora for verification. Even though this was the very next day when I called the manager in Aurora he stated that the pump has already been sent out to be rebuilt. I don't understand why two stores within the same company refuse to communicate in order to resolve a mistake that was made on their part. Leaving me with the burden of proof. I will no longer be doing business with AutoZone feeling more like a thief than a valued customer.

Went to buy a they said they could order me one but did not have a battery and you can take up to 5 to 7 business days and I bought other parts that last of the day maybe two and quit don't buy any electronic parts there unless you're willing to buy overall the employees are very nice other than that if you need parts not particularly the place to go

I want to give a big shout out and thank you to Jeremy I travel to the Springfield area twice weekly delivering dog food samples to a test lab on this day 1/5/24 I got 6.5 miles from my drop and my fuel pump went out and Jeremy brought me.one wherw I was broke down along I44 thanks so much for your time and willingness to help I will never forget it this is why I do business at autozone here and my home town of Emporia, Ks
