If I tell you the year, make, and model of my car, and exactly what I need, and you type it up in your little computer, I shouldn't find out once my car is taken apart that you sold me the WRONG BRAKE PADS. Because now I have no way of getting anywhere to get the brake pads I need.

I went in at about 12:00pm, and I was helped by a woman and I want to say her name was Stacey, she was the sweetest person in the whole world. I’m replacing my spark plugs and coils in my car and wasn’t sure what I was doing, but she set me up with everything I needed and was insanely helpful! She didn’t try to upsell me and she made everything very clear. She is the best worker I have ever seen/met. Someone get this lady a raise.

27 years of business with you. I never had a problem. So I did not expect to this time. I was wrong. Asked for 35.99 oil and filter sale on window. Bought 2.but was charged regular price for filter and oil on both purchases. When I was asked which filter I did not know it did away with the sale. After all I said I wanted the sale for 35.99. Part my fault I should have checked the receipt before I left. Back to buyer beware of bait and switch. Lost some trust. It is a shame I like some of the people that work there. Maybe a little more training. I won't throw away 27 years but things happen.

I went in to replace my battery. The helpful staff switched it out for me. However, they ran into complications due to corrosion on the battery terminal. Thank you, thank you to Donald who worked on it for an hour coming up with a clever solution to fix it. I'm so grateful for all of your help today!! All the staff there are amazing!

Very helpful staff. I was looking for a high beam light sensor which was going to cost me $900 at the dealership. They had a dovetail with a censor that attaches to the new high beam light I purchased a few weeks ago. The part was $16.00 a substantial savings. I remain very grateful for the experience.

Donald is the mechanic on site and he could earn all 5 stars by himself. He’s a wonderful human being and treats people with respect. He’s the first parts store employee my daughter got real answers from and wasn’t just blown off.
