“I innocently went on their website and then wound up there. It was crazy. Next thing I know my car was new and FUN and they even let me totally obey the TRAFFIC LAWS while test driving it.
In serious though, they have a schpiel but it's not overly time-wasty and the process of getting into a ride is pretty painless.
If you're not a disorganized mess like I am. Still. Nice job Jordan, you bully. Talking me into buying a fun car that I wanted. They seriously put up with me being a total idiot how did they not kick me out. Like, whoah.”

“Apu was not running when I took it to their shop. On off switch was stuck. Bypass it instead of charging me for another one; Air compressor was also stuck instead of buying a new one. Had a used one. There charged me half price making the visit more affordable... Got a PM and cleaning and chafing wires repaired. Very affordable and quick and friendly service...I will go back.”
“Cannot be more thankful for Ben’s Collision! They were fast, friendly and just so helpful. I hit a herd of deer and did some pretty decent damage to my front end. The prices were absolutely fair and he was very transparent about the time frame and I had my car back within that time frame! I cannot tell you how irritating it is to be told one thing and then told “oh sorry, it’s going to be longer.” Not the case here! Brandi was so sweet and responsive and they just make a great team and run a phenomenal business! I have already been recommending them to everyone I know. Very thankful for them! I had another issue pop up after the repairs were done with an oil leak and Ben got me to their mechanic and their mechanic fixed the issue same day! Totally separate issue from the accident, but being that I hit several deer I was afraid it was much worse than it actually was. Matt got me fixed up same day and was just awesome to work with as well! I will forever be recommending Ben’s Collision and MD Hickmans for everything!”
