I went into the store today after having a horrible experience with customer service over the phone. Michael was absolutely amazing in assisting me with getting my new phone. The process and my request were not very simple and he took the time to help us and did not stop working until he figured it out. It was a very positive experience and definitely helped keep me as an AT&T customer! Thanks for all of your help today, I really appreciate it!

I was already an AT&T customer and shattered my screen on my Samsung phone. I went in there mid-day on a weekday to see what my options were and Bradlee helped me figure out which phone to get, and I was out the door in no time. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient getting all the contents of my old phone cloned over to my new phone.

I was just in the store planning to add a line to my new business with internet. Very rude and continued to address me as "my man", as it was clear he was not in a good mood. Long story short after I asked him to not address me as "my man", he requested that I not return or he would call the police and he knew my business and would leave a negative review. He did.... I would love for someone of ownership to contact me regrading my experience.

I had a terrible experience here. I came in asking for helping to switch my stuff from my old phone to my new phone. They seemed very turned off that I had purchased the phone somewhere else and not at their location. They did not ask me what my name was, if I had an AT&T account or anything about my account. They took both of my phones to a back room and told me to come back in an hour and that my phone "would be completely ready for you". I came back over an hour later and waited for someone to be available to assist me and get my phone from the back. The manager went and got my phones for me, handing them back saying they are all done and everything is fine. I left, and as I was driving home I realized my new phone was not able to make calls, text, or get on the internet. I called back their location to ask what was going on and they said they must have forgotten to do that, then instructed me to try to figure it out at home. I voiced my concerns about if I would be able to successfully get it correctly set up and they advised me to go somewhere else. I went to a different AT&T store and explained to them what happened, when they looked at my phone the employees started to exchange looks with each other told me they were confused to what had happened at the other location but the first store I had gone to had made downloads of different programs on my phone that I was not aware of or consented to. They quickly deleted everything and told me what they had downloaded was gone and I had full control over my phone finally. I am shocked and afraid of what they have done to my phone, what they could have pulled from my phone that has personal information and things I did not consent to share. I am upset that this entire situation took place over the span of 5 hours, taking up a majority of my day with this one thing. I would not come here if you are a woman or have personal information on your phone you do not want taken from you or risk. I feel uncomfortable and that something has happened that I did not consent to.
