They show up at ur house even when who ever there looking for moved. They threaten you for something u have no idea about an when u call in to inform them what’s going on they want to be rude and threaten u more. Note I have never done business with them an after what happen I will never

I recently moved back to the area. Since I have given this company thousands of dollars in business when I lived here before I wanted to reestablish a business arrangement again. I had gone in with the intention of renting a few items for my house. Since I didn't have a Missouri driver's license, I was declined. I took my business to the competition and gave them over $5000 worth of business. I also referred other nurses who just moved here to go to the competition. Bad service, bad policy lost this company thousands of dollars.

Absolutely the worst place to do business with, do not waste you time or money there , so many more and better places to go. They don't care if you have been a customer with them for over 5 or 6 years and you have a family emergency and can't pay right when they want you to so they take you to court and try to sue you.

We love All American Rental and Sales. We have used them off and on for years. And we just love their friendly staff, fast service, payment options, and the fact that they are willing to work with you if needed. Most companies aren't like this anymore. We have rented, stoves, refrigerators, washer and dryers, even tvs over the years. They have a great selection of items available, all different sizes to fit whatever your needs may be at that time. We will definitely be using them if we ever have anything we may need, but can't afford the huge price tag that comes with buying it straight out right from the store. 100% recommend checking them out.

My husband & I moved to Missouri 11 years ago & have been customers of All American Rental for 10.5 of those years. Mike the Mgr. has been with us those 10.5 yrs & got us our very 1st piece of furniture & we've been coming back to him & Scott, the Owner ever since. In fact just got ourselves a great washer and dryer setup that's wonderful. Honestly they treat us like family no hard pressure and ? true commitment to what needs you may have!!And stand behind what you buy to lease always.Kearney Store is the best ?

I absolutely love this place. I have bought a washer and dryer set and an entire living room furniture set from All American Rental. I received the best customer service from them and got exactly what I wanted. The people working there worked with me to get the payments I needed and delivered my furniture and appliances to my house for me. I will always go to this location and no where else and always recommend them. Love love love!!!!!

I have been renting from Mike's store for 10 years. My family and I have never had a problem with their services. Mike and his employees go above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our product, including ordering something I'm looking for and having it delivered quickly to me. I highly recommend purchasing from this store.

I have been a customer of all American rental for aloooooooonnnngggg time I have never had any problems they are very respectful and very nice I'm on my second living room furniture just cuz I like to change it up ALOT LOL I explained to Mike what I wanted cuz what was in the store was not what i was really looking for so helped me and showed what he had in his warehouse. I truly love all American rental my mom is also a big fan of them as well

Me and my Wife has been with American Rental at Mike Arin store for literally 8 or 9 Year's we came into store back then and it was Mike and Brandon and You Talking about 4 Star Customer Service that it was!!!! I 1st Purchase was a T.V. and Then Couch set and we were Treated like They had knew us for Year's, the Approval Process was completed in a Timely Manner we were Excited about being Approved and could Tell this Place was going to be better than other Rental Places I had Dealt with! And the Items was very well High Quality and our T.V. is still Playing been Paid off! We Always Enjoy getting to see the Guy's There at Mike Store! And Mike You Have been one Awesome Store Manager and have worked Hard to get Item's we have wanted to Rent if you didn't have them on Hand in Store, and Your Team is Awesome There as Well! They all have been so kind when they have Had to Deliver! Ok Hmmm Wondering what's Next after we pay these Item's OffShhhh don't Tell Hubby but I will Find Something (LoL) but Seriously this is the only Store I will Rent From!!!! THANKS Guy's for being our # 1 Springfield MO Store! God Bless This Store ?
