I have been a member since covid hit my membership was canceled due to dropping weights to many bullies and cry babies no notice I highly recommend you find a gym where the equipment is fixed and not rigged absolutely ridiculous don't waste your time

I highly recommend Advance Fitness to any new or seasoned gym-goer. I joined Advance Fitness in 2020 at a point in my life where I needed to focus on both my mental and physical health. This gym played an integral part in my healing journey. Every day upon entering the front doors, it was the same environment- I could be myself, work hard, and have fun. My health improved and I became stronger and stronger. Owner Kellie Smith is kind, knowledgeable, encouraging and a hard worker. Kellie, as well as the trainers and gym members, treated me like family.

It's is a clean gym and a judgement free gym which is great. All the weights are organized and in the respected places, and the machines are all easy to use with diagrams explaining how to use them.

Recently started to be a member here. Very convenient with the hours. Staff was helpful over the phone. Equipments are kept clean. Overall its not bad for a small gym. ?

I began working out last year and I have fallen in love with this gym The prices are cheap, they have around 10-15 machines, dumbbells from 1-100 pounds, multiple squat and bench racks, even an assortment of aerobic machines. I seriously couldn’t be happier and I will continue coming here for years to come!
