Speaking with Elena, who speaks russian, she told me about discounts and other advantages , but I had nothing. I was calling their supervisor, and he said that Elena will call me regarding the issue, but she never called, and doesn't pick up her phone. The insurance is expensive, and service is awful. It looks like a kind of scam

I have been a AAA member for 27 years. They closed the Joplin office and this office refuses to answer their phone. I leave voicemails and still...nothing! It's to the point I will have to put a stop pay on my insurance policy and find another company.

Terrible service. Extremely unprofessional. I’d give zero stars if possible. I recommend you save your money and avoid the hassle and go with another insurance company

Called and got my car towed to a shop and then when I needed it towed back they “ can’t do it “ but wouldn’t explain why they were able to tow it the first time

I believe any entity that enforces a membership fee should at least ensure acceptable customer service I am so frustrated having been treated with such disrespect.. I would save your money and go anywhere but the long revered AAA, it ain't what it once was.

Tried to get ahold of Alyssa Watkins my insurance agent 5 or 6 times she wouldn't answer her phone left voicemail she never called me back so I could set up auto pay and to pay bill so I wouldn't loose my insurance.wound up loosing my insurance.worst agent there went to Another insurance

This review is for the Travel Dept at the Springfield (Campbell) location.I spoke to Kasika Dutton and am impressed with her professionalism and knowledge as well as her kindness and sense of humor. She answered my many questions and gave me invaluable advise. She is a treasure and a wealth of information. I highly recommend Kasika for your travel needs.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a AAA office. My husband and I were on the road traveling from Oklahoma on old Rt66 and needed a map to follow the route back to Ohio. We had done this before going from Illinois to California but did not have a map today. I called the Joplin office…no answer, I finally selected member services and Jason in the Springfield office answered. All though this was no his job he assured me they had a map and I could pick it up there. When we arrived I informed the lady in the front of the office I was there to pick up a map, and that I had called ahead and spoke to Jason. Who??? You’ll have to have a seat and someone will be with you shortly. I understand she had customers but all someone had to do was hand me the map and where was Jason? If it wasn’t for Sue who heard the conversation and came over to help, and she asked Jason who too. She finally admitted there was a Jason (does he work remotely?) took our membership # and gave us the map. Also by the way being a customer of AAA for many years I have never heard of any office I have been to not letting a CUSTOMER use the restroom. What am I paying for being out of town and needing directions isn’t that what your office is suppose to do give direction and comfort, I’ll remember that when my membership comes due.

Total loss 2004 Ram 2500 4x4 with custom alloy wheels costs over 14k to replace yet they only pay "their cash value" which was about 4200. Making matters worse, they charge me $900 to buy back my own vehicle which now has a totaled title.

This is regarding having AAA in case of needing tows, gas, battery, locked out, etc. We are paying a great deal for this service each year as we have many members in our family. So far this year we have tried to use them 4 times and somewhat succeeded in one. The first was during the winter, we were stuck in the snow on a curve on a road, they told us they could not come out because of snow on the roads. Didn't even try to come to our location. The second one was needing to tow our car from our yard that broke down. It was on the grass, so they told us we needed to move it to the road so they could tow it from there. It had not rained in weeks, so yard was dry. Once again, another failed attempt. The third was our kid running out of gas on a main highway near Branson, they said it would be two hours, they never came. Luckily a nice Samaritan helped or kid out, even though this could have ended up in a bad situation. Then the last was needing a door unlocked due to keys being locked in a vehicle. It took more than three hours to reach us in the 90+degree heat. We will be looking for some other company to help us in our times of need. Just wanted to pass this information to others.

Don't and I repeat don't get AAA it has gone from bad to terrible. No way to contact them when you need them, no service number. They gave me a Chat connect and the Rep was a sleep. Close your doors and don't waste your time a compelete RIP-OFF.
