Cristal took amazing care of our 2 cats with their quirks and medical needs while we were away. She sent a daily report with pictures. This was my first time using 417 Pet Sitting, and it couldn’t have been better! Thanks for the great service!!

Toni came to let my fur babies out this weekend while I was away! They warmed up to her, they were well taken care of and she left the sweetest gift and card! I would highly recommend 417 pet sitting ❤️

I used their services for about 2 years without any major problems. Then I get a text out of the blue on a Sunday that they would not longer be able to visit my dogs for their afternoon potty break. That's all I had them do. The text said that they didn't have a worker who could make it to the Northside anymore and that I needed to find other arrangements. Funny that my location wasn't a problem for 2 years. Anyway, I was told this on a Sunday when I relied on their services in 2 days. I was able to scramble and luckily found a trustworthy family member to take over. So I ask them to please drop my house keys off. *Frankly, I had no desire to use them anymore because they became unreliable*. I'm then told my keys were mailed to my house the day before. WHY WOULD YOU MAIL HOUSE KEYS TO THE HOUSE THEY UNLOCK?! I asked if they were mailed certified and hoped they were so I would need to be home to receive them. It's been 7 hours since I asked and no reply yet. Basic common sense, don't mail house keys to the fricking house they unlock!

Kat watched our two cats when we had to travel. She was very nice, asked many questions about our cats, their food, conditions, etc. Cats were happy and well fed. I will use their services again and would recommend to everyone else.

This business can be trusted. It was the first time that we used a business such as this, and we were not let down. They sent us pictures of the dogs playing while we were out, and did everything we asked of them.

Donna did a wonderful job taking care of our cat while we were on vacation. She had timely communication and sent daily updates. Would definitely use 417 Pet Sitting again!

We went out of town for nearly a week and called 417 Pet Sitting to have someone care for our three small dogs. Our sitter, Ashlyn, was amazing! Our pets were so happy with her and she did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend! Thank you!

We have 3 pets, one being a very large 160 lb Cane Corso and they are all our fur babies. Having Shari from 417 Pet Sitting take care of our babies has allowed us to travel and know that they are in excellent hands. She keeps us updated with texts and photos and they all just love her. I'm so glad that we found Shari!!!

DO NOT use this company. We say the great reviews and for the 1st time we decided they seemed reliable enough to care for our furbabies. I was very VERY wrong. So the first person I talked to never even showed up for their consultation. Then I was assigned another one, Kat. At first she was very nice and I was very comfortable for her to care for my animals. I left notes around the house for her with toys and treats that were still in toy box when I got home. And the treats were never given out. She was also suppose to bring in the mail but instead it was left in the mail box and front porch. The only thing she did was scoop the boxes and fed the cats. I had bottled water literally right next to their fountain that only 1/2 gallon was used when we ere gone for 10 days? Then I tried to text Kat and nothing and then texted and called again nothing. I was in Florida and wasn't even sure anyone was taking care of them at this point. The worse part was when I called and spoke to Amanada.SHE HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER!!! Never have I spoke to someone so rude. I wanted to know why their toys weren't put out or treats not given or the fact that there was bottled water for my cats that was never used and 2 of my Boys have problems with crystals in their urine so they can't have tap water. Thus the bottled water that was to be used. The litter boxes were just scooped and no new was put in top and there were 2 full unopened containers of litter right next to the boxes. So do yourself a favor and find someone else to care for your furry family members while you are gone out of town and not this horrible company.

Amanda has been my dog walker for awhile now and we love her! I have one personal dog and a revolving door of foster dogs.She always has answers to all of my crazy, odd ball questions and genuinely cares for each of them.She's reliable and gueine with a dab of sarcasm. My favorite combination in people.She even took car of my cats whilst I was on vacation!!!
