Richelle was rude and and not good with patient relations.Also, all the work (microblading/powder brows) and money was pointless it didn't stay and what did stay was slotchy and faint. I have gone elsewhere and have WAY better results with a WAY cheaper price. Also a lady that is sweet and makes you feel welcome and appreciated!Service: Eyebrows

I’ll sum it up with inconsistent results whether that be new ink color/brand and or not having correct needle depth when tattooing. She had no willingness to make things right! I have nothing to show for the money I spent and asked her to make it right. Very disappointed! I had her do my brows in 21 then back in less than a year in late July of 22 for a touch up on the brows and add permanent eyeliner. I wish I hadn’t gone back to her. The brow touch up and eyeliner ink is completely gone except for literally one little dot of eyeliner. She called it ghosting which I know is normal, but none of the ink ever came back except the one dot of eyeliner. When I called and explained what was going on and asked for an explanation of what happened she was not willing to do anything. She said she needed to work on herself right now.I will say she used to be in my opinion one of the best, but has gone downhill drastically in the past year.*Notice that the only good reviews are 2021 and before* That is when she was great! Definitely do NOT recommend her now!Services: Powder brow styling
