This is a very trustworthy and knowledgeable Marina Store. They have a good inventory of new boats, a solid shop, and a retail parts store as well. Highly recommend!

We had bought a used pontoon , unseen , from a friend.
After seeing it my wife informed me it didn't have enough seating for our family ( for 1 week out of the year )
I explained my situation to Pat and he treated us very fairly purchasing a new tri-toon. Faced with having 2 pontoons Pat offered to help and found a buyer for our used boat in 2 days and helped without charging us for the sale.
The story is even longer as we needed to also sell our 240 Sea Ray and Pat is helping again. I was in sales my whole life and know when somebody "really" cares or is only after the sale....... Tri -Lakes cares.
I'm still working with Pat on our Sea Ray sale but can't say enough good things about this company , Pat or his people.
First class operation !!!

Our experience at Tri Lakes Marine was outstanding! We received personal guidance about what we needed, what we didn’t need, and why. The staff helped with all the details of buying, getting our slip ready, and moving the old boat. The pricing was simple, competitive, and fully explained. Our new boat was delivered on our schedule and included a complete walk through and instructions. Great people to do business with!

The guy that answers the phone is completely rude and hung up on me as i was being really nice and appreciative of his service. As if maybe the part to my 1968 motor was not worth his time or energy.

We had a warranty issue on our engine that was difficult to navigate and Pat and his crew were patient with us and the factory, worked through our issues, and solved the problem, and then repaired the boat in a timely fashion. The entire time we had great communication with the dealer. Would highly recommend, we will be back.

I can't say enough good things about this business but I'll try. Outstanding customer service, fair prices, experienced technicians, friendly advice when asked for and they seem to have what I need for my boats when I go there. I needed a water pump installed on the lower unit of my '98 Evinrude because I botched the job myself. Pat did it in minutes while I waited. I have a pontoon and a fishing boat and I won't be taking them anywhere else for repairs.
