He replaced a switch for less then the going rate and then we had a wire come loose so he drove out from Sparta and fixed it free of charge. We will use them exclusively and have already recommended them to friends.

Come out late, thought our pump was out, got about 220' of 400' pulled and found bad spot in wire. Able to repair for 10% price of new. They put last pump in in 2007, they will replace the next again when the time comes.

Rains came highly recommended from no less than 3 different friends and family members. Now I know why! Made it out to fix our well the same day when other companies quoted a week or more lead time. When the first fix didn't work, they came back out at 8pm and didn't even charge for the second visit. Family owned, good guys, would use them again.

I could not recommend Rains enough. In an emergency on a Friday night this company came through and got me and 3 other neighbors back on. Our water was good to go after a pressure switch was fixed. We could not recommend and thank them more. Your company is our go to company anytime we need you.

Our well stopped pumping and could not find anyone with availability to come and look. Danny Rains came out and check our system and within a few hours had a crew out to replace our pump. Outstanding service!

I have an old house with an old pump system, and Mr. Rain's has come to the rescue more times than I can count. Including after hours on Christmas Eve when I was having pump trouble in the extreme weather and again two days later when my pipes burst. It's so refreshing to find a business you can trust, with great work ethic and fair prices. This is definitely one of them.

Danny was contracted to put a uv filter in our new home as part of the purchase deal. After a much longer than anticipated wait for the system (supply chain issue), the moment it arrived, Danny was on his way to install. They did an excellent job on the install, and gave us guidance on upkeep.

I've had a good streak of contractors recently! Rains Pump is another one that gets 5 stars. They had installed the nearby shared well, so when we opened the door to the well house last night, and water was spraying everywhere, we gave Rains a call! Danny answered the call at 9:30pm and said they would be out in the morning. Dustin arrived the next morning and had everything fixed in less than an hour! Danny and Dustin were both very friendly guys; the kind of guys who just want to do good work and get paid for it. I really appreciate what they did to get us back up and running quickly. Great work, Rains team!
