We were just looking for a new propane company as we had a few issues with our last one. They have went above and beyond to start us out as new customers the whole process was easy from the very first phone call. I have been so happy with this whole experience and can't say thank you guys enough!

Best price around on propane refills , great friendly staff, have had tanks filled at office , always prompt and professional, also had them deliver a home tank, driver was on time and professional, charges were as quoted with no surprises, definitely recommend

These are some of the nicest people you'll meet. I never have to call them to fill our propane tank. They are always here checking the tank and filling it when needed. Today, Steve stopped to check and fill the tank, and I asked him if he could see if the tank was leaking any propane, and he didn't hesitate to check it. It just needed something tightened, and everything was fine. If I ever have to call the office, they are so pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing propane.

Worst business experience I’ve ever came across. Not only are they clueless about who their clients are they also do not know what tanks they own. I do not recommend this company.

Such a great experience! We had another company fall through and not show up to the scheduled time in the middle of winter. We called Mountain country Propane and they worked with us and were friendly throughout the whole process. They even called us before they came out to fill our tank and everything went smoothly. We will be using them from now on!

It is such a help to have regular deliveries made to our home and not have to worry about running out of propane or constantly having to check the guage.Then simply going on line and making a payment is another blessing. ?

Exceptional customer service and personable employees. Why go to MFA when you can support your hometown dealer in Sparta, MO area. They give a veteran discount when filling your BBQ propane tank!
