“Everything was fine and went well. I am a happy customer. I needed to leave my boat there for about 4 hours so I could be free to head to the "hood" in St. Louis and have lunch with a friend. When lunch was done I picked up my boat and hit the road. This was all done on VERY short notice. I did not want to lug my boat around inner city St Louis, and because of Public Storage I didn't have to. Thanks!”
“Darlene was phenomenal! Not sure what happened to my unit because she and her team found my items in another unit and should not have been. I have been a renter for 9 years since I live in a different state and had all my items in one area before I left. She and her team went out of their way to support me during trying times, moved all the items found in the correct unit and even sent me pictures once completed. Darlene's communication is impressive and very professional. I applaud her for going above and beyond to support customer needs. She is a jewel. Awesome manager!!”
