The employees are consistently friendly and nice.The pick up window, however, takes forever, especially if there is a line.If there was a way for customers to apply their loyalty points when placing their online order it would help that.Upon payment, if you don't pay cash, they will round up your amount, process your payment at an even number and give you the difference in cash back. And then you are still charged a fee from your financial institution. What?Get rid of that merchant service and find a new one!
