“This review is related to a same-day review of a Big O Tires store in Columbia, MO.
After receiving a new tire at 8:40 a.m. on 8/9/24, I drove home, then to KC without issue. About 11:20 a.m., the low pressure indicator light came on. Around 1:45 p.m., I visited this Big O Tires store, described my previous visit and handed off the related paperwork and receipt for my tire replacement at the previous store. Within 15 minutes, it was determined the sensor needed to be reset and all tire pressures were checked and appropriate for my vehicle.
Shannon is the Big O Tires representative who demonstrated what excellent customer service is. He and others in this store were respectful, patient, attentive, and professional in every possible manner. This wasn't a "what I expected" experience. They proved great customer service isn't dead and the little things matter.
Big O Tires had two wins about 6 hours and 140 miles apart, on the same day, with the same customer. I'm very happy.”

Update 8/27/24. I am doubling down on my 5 star review. There were manufacturing defects on my suspension; however, KC Custom staff went out of their way to address the problem. They got my Xterra in a few times to repair the issue. They were understanding and patient with the issue and worked hard to resolve the problem. Thanks you KC Customs!”

“After having gone to a tire place, I think big O tires and they ““ fixed my tire, but they didn’t know what they did to it and I still had low pressure pretty much daily and it was getting increasingly worse. I took it too good your tires where they only heard my concerns, but they investigated it to the held at the end 20 bucks in a bad bead was the issue, but that wouldn’t be apparent to the naked eye, especially given that they had to check for a leak in the tire and a leak in the stem. I appreciate it all the effort and the honesty of the service workers.”

“I had to have my car towed there one night late after work. The next day they were able to get my locking lug nut off (I didn't have the key). When they didn't have my tire size in stock, they put the spare on it so I could have my car back to get to work.”
