Walked around there lot looking at mowers for 15 minutes then asked if there was a salesman around! Got told to go find one!!! !!!

My husband has been going here for several years but in the last year he has been nothing but frustrated with this place. He bought a Stihl pole saw brand new and it quit after a week, not their fault but when he took it back there was no offer of replacement or refund just that they would see what was wrong. It was fixed under warranty and still did not work. My husband has a business and did not have time to have it fixed again so asked for a refund or replacement to which the guy told him no refunds. However going on Stihl website they state they we will refund faulty equipment. My husband called the guy back and told him this and he said ok yes but I don’t have time for that. So basically he lied because he didn’t want to do a refund. This is one of many issues in the last year.

I am in Ohio and none of the Kubota dealers around have online parts ordering. I have found Coleman and first time ordered a wrong part and called and they quickly got that order stopped and got me the right part and received it in a few days. Had to call again and order a deck belt and the parts department is really really really helpful! I have found my go-to parts place now!

Think your Kabota is made in America… Or even Japan. Think again. This 0EM clutch had made in America on the box, but with the part was labeled China. Coleman didn’t seem to care. We’ll see what the FTC has to say about this.

These people were so nice! They should teach a class on customer service. We actually drove across the state to go to this dealer for parts for our tractor. And it was well worth it, for the service we got.

My dad can't do his normal workload due to chemotherapy right now. Someone at this place got his mower right in, CAME BY TO PICK IT UP for him! and will bring it back for him. You can't imagine how far this act of kindness has gone for my family. Thank you.

They took the time to understand my project and help me choose exactly what I would need for my rental. Plus they patiently explained all the basics that I would need to know about the equipment. They even walked me through everything I should know for my first time loading and hauling heavy equipment on a trailer.
