“This location in liberty missouri used to be top notch for their pharmacy. But ever since they started closing other locations in the area.This one has gone Downhill.The employees don't seem to care when there are people lined up.They still stand around gossiping holding personal conversations right in front of paying customers. I.
Know this will be seen online and they have.My name is pastime management does something about this. I've even noticed employees eating in the prescription fill area.”
“Been going there now for over 7 years and not one complaint. Order all my meds through their app and go pick it up. Went there the last time and I just ordered the day before, I just went to check on the order and the gal said it may have just got here. She took the time to rummage through three totes and got them out. Do not wait in line very long and if I do it’s mostly because the customer is being difficult.

“Yes, they are ALWAYS short staffed. That is on management, however the ladies there ALWAYS are polite, have a smile on their face, and are helpful! For those of you yelling at these poor women because they are backed up and understaffed, SHAME on you! and to yell at them with your children present, great example! Show some compassion and common courtesy and if you can't! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I didn't give 5 stars for CVS I gave 5 stars for the employees who work hard and do the best they can! I go to this pharmacy because of them!!”

Liberty -- in and of itself -- is an overpopulated area with an infrastructure that wasn't designed for this kind of throughput. The folks that work at this location work very hard and, in my regular experience, always deliver on what they promise.”

They have been the most knowledgeable, helpful, kind courteous patient people I have ever dealt with and you can't even touch the price because the hearing aids at Costco are not sold on the market, I love the people there. “CVS is where I usually go to pick up prescriptions for my family and myself. Usually the wait in line is not too long except in the evenings when everyone is headed home from work. They have a limited selection of grocery items plus a very wide selection of the usual things you would expect to find at a drug store.”
“Over the years I have been to a variety of Walgreens. This location has far exceeded my expectations. They are always kind. They answer any and all questions. The drive through may not always be the quickest but I know they are doing their best to do it correctly and taking the time to answer questions. Amazing location. I highly recommend this location.”
“Nhi and Amin just saved my wife from a diabetic crisis that her doctor’s office and insurance company were complicating by the minute and which was, if anything, further from resolution after two hours of frustrating conversations.
As a result, my wife is now in possession of the insulin she urgently needed and with the insurance and other requirements all properly taken care of.

“Kita saved me $256 dollars yesterday. I pulled through the drive thru and was lucky enough to be greeted by Kita. She knew about a coupon that was $256 less than my insurance would have had me pay in copay. She was busy and she could have easily just charged me but she took the time to tell me about the coupon and where to download. I drove around the building and downloaded the coupon pulled thru and instead of $281 it was $25. If CVS Liberty wants to raise their reviews, hire more like Kita. Big shout out to her.”

“Well I don't have anything negative to say about this Walgreens "per se", except for there parking lot after a snow, it gets very, very slippery, pulled up earlier, stepped out of my car, came very close to falling and breaking my neck,,I suggest getting someone to salt the whole lot to help eliminate that problem!”
